Continue ReadingClark’s ranking soared from 110 to 43 after a Senior season where she led the Lady Panthers in almost every statistical category. Averaging 14 points and 8 rebounds per game, Sarah proved that she belongs among the best players in the 5th region in her final season.
Ella is among the most efficient scorers in the loaded ninth region and that helped her to move up from 66 to 49th in the last rankings update. Steczynski shot a remarkable 50-43-86 for the season and could hold her own in a shooting competition amongst the best in Kentucky.
Riney made a big move up from 103 to 55 based mostly on her defensive abilities and how she impacts winning on both ends of the court. Katie’s numbers aren’t going to pop off the screen at you but there is a reason that the Lady Aces have advanced to the Elite 8 at Rupp and it’s because of players like Katie and her will to win. Riney does a little bit of everything and checks a lot of boxes for what her team needs to succeed.
Ella has to be one of the most valuable players in the 12th region. Coffey moves up 50 spots from 115 to 65th overall in the last 2023 update. She led Boyle in almost every single statistical category this year and has shown that she deserved to be mentioned with the best players in the always loaded 12th region.
