Sadie Stevenson Sadie Stevenson 5'9" | SF Dickinson | 2024 State ND : Dickinson 5’9 SF- Stevenson had a great year this year for Dickinson High and grew into a key player on the floor. As a Junior she averaged 7.3PPG, shot 42.2% and pulled led the team in rebounds with 197. At 5’9 she isn’t the biggest player in the paint, but her ability to get in position and pull-down rebounds makes her very effective on the floor. Stevensons game has really improved over the last few years and has more tools in her bag to work with. As she continues to work on her game, she has all the potential to do some big things next year for Dickinson. She is competitive and a fundamentally sound player with a great motor.
Kali Dauenhauer Kali Dauenhauer 5'7" | CG Bismarck Legacy | 2024 State ND : Legacy 5’7 CG- Dauenhauer is listed as a “combo guard” for a reason, there isn’t a position on the floor she can’t do…and do well. Dauenhauer has great athleticism, strength and moves up and down the court very well but also is a quality player who gets in the gym daily to work hard, and win. Over the last year her she has improved her game significantly and been a real playmaker/scorer for the Sabers. Her ball handling and shooting abilities have significantly improved over the last year, and you can tell her time and dedication in the gym has paid off. This last year she shot 37% from the floor, knocked down shots inside and out, and added 72 rebounds to the Sabers stats. Dauenhauer is a quality player that will be a big asset next year. Over the summer as she continues to work, I expect her stats and skills to skyrocket.
Hannah Herford Hannah Herford 5'9" | SF West Fargo Sheyenne | 2024 State ND : West Fargo Sheyenne 5’9 SF- Herford is a great multidivisional player who can score from multiple places on the floor. Her ability to knock down shots off a pass, and and move the ball around the floor really stand out offensively. Defensively, her awareness is something that really stands out, and how well she can pick the ball off, run it down and turn it into an easy 2-point basket. Herford has a great mixture of toughness, skill and IQ that gives her a great advantage on the court. She is an exciting, fun player to watch that works hard all game, don’t leave her open…she can drop um’
Kylie Simpson Kylie Simpson 5'9" | SG Bottineau | 2024 State ND : Bottineau 5’9 SG- Kylie is nothing short of a great guard and she has proved that over and over again. Her ability to play under control, move her feet and fly up and down the court really stand out. Offensively she knows how to get the basket but also packs a nice mid-long-range jumper as well. On top of that her ability to knock down shots in transition really makes her a lethal player you don’t want to sleep on. Every time I’ve watched Kylie she progressively gets better and better; she is a fantastic guard that knows how to do her job and does it well. Her future is bright, she is a player you will hear more about next season, she’s fun to watch and is packed with talent. A quality player coaches need to keep an eye on…
