The 6-0 sophomore forward was sensational for Faith Christian in the semifinal and championship games this season especially. Kitts plays a very versatile game and can score efficiently in the paint. Kitts averaged 12.6 points, 9.0 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 1.6 blocks per game helping lead Faith Christian to their first state title in school history. Look for her recruitment to start heating up as we gear into the spring and summer session. Kitts already holds offers from numerous power five schools.
Girardi, is arguably the best ranked prospect in the Class of 2025 as she has a stellar start for FGB 17U this spring. The 5-11 wing can do it all whether it’s score from the post, mid-range or occasionally shoot from beyond the arc. Her strength and size give her an advantage to finish efficiently around the rim and get to the free throw line often. Girardi has picked up offers from Mississippi State, Ohio State, Oklahoma and several others so far in the early stages of her recruitment process.
The 6-0 small forward brings a physical presence night in and night out to the gym. Barrett is a true three-level scorer who can finish around the rim, mid-range or occasionally shoot it from beyond the arc. Last season for Cardinal Mooney, Barrett averaged 15.2 points and 8.9 rebounds per game helping lead the Lady Cougars to their third consecutive Final Four appearance. She also finished with a team-high 10 double doubles during her sophomore season.
The 5-11 rising junior forward is very active on both ends of the floor whether it’s going after a loose ball, getting a defensive rebound or finishing a put back at the front of the rim. Jones plays with elusive quickness for her size and is a prolific shooter from anywhere within the half court. Jones also plays with a very competitive edge and will have a huge impact as far as recruitment process goes. Looking for a big junior season for Jones and her Kings’ Academy squad as they look for that elusive first state title.
Knauff, a 5-9 combo guard plays with such a high basketball IQ and makes the right plays for her teammates. In 27 games played this season, Knauff averaged 19.1 points, 5.0 rebounds and 2.1 steals per game for Bolles. Knauff has huge upside as she gears up for her junior season and could be a mid-major D1 caliber playmaker.
The 6-1 forward has great footwork and can finish efficiently around the rim. Miller uses her strength and size to an advantage where she draws fouls and gets to the free throw line at a high rate. On the defensive end, Miller is a tenacious rebounder and doesn’t allow second chance scoring opportunities very often. This past season for Windermere Prep, Miller averaged 15.4 points and 11.6 rebounds per game while shooting 44 percent from the field and 75 percent from the free throw line.
Highlights
The 5-11 shooting guard has a smooth shooting stroke, as she is coming off a sophomore season where she averaged 6.2 points per game and shot 36 percent from beyond the arc. Kane has a high basketball IQ and is a great passer in the open court. Kane plays with an unselfish edge and loves to get her teammates involved and is at her best when she is around the rim scoring off cuts and screens.
The 5-10 rising junior guard is one of the best perimeter shooters in the class, as she shot 39 percent from beyond the arc this past season for Westminster Academy. She also plays with an aggressive edge and can finish efficiently around the rim.
The 5-11 sophomore combo guard has one of the most pure shooting strokes in the state. Her size and skillset brought opponents to guard the perimeter. Farley plays under control and loves to get her teammates involved in the action. Farley is a true three-level scorer who can finish efficiently around the rim, mid-range or pull up from beyond the arc.
Highlights
The 5-9 guard does an exceptional job when it comes to handling both guard positions. Her ability to be a distributor and a playmaker took a huge step forward this past season where she led the team in points and assists. She uses her size and length to an advantage as she can shoot it at a high percentage. On the offensive end, Tynes plays with speed and can make crisp accurate passes with the best of them.
