5A “All-Star” (2023)
In addition to being named 1st Team All-State and an All-Star, Aspen was also named the District 3-5A POY and the 5A Red vs. Green All-Star game MVP. Salazar entered the year as a top 15 player, but after leading the Centennial Hawks to an Elite 8 appearance and a 20 win season (21-9), Aspen now sits inside the top 5! The team leader in almost every statistical category this season – Total Points (595) PPG (19.8) FG% (46%) Total Assists (135) APG (4.5) Steals (127) SPG (4.2) – Salazar has also become the new All-Time Scoring Leader, finishing with 1233 points in a Hawks uniform. *Record was previously 1170*

2A “All-State” – 2X 1st Team (2022, 2023) & 2nd Team (2021)
1A-2A “All-Star” (2023)
Consistent, reliable and flat out good are just some words to describe Martinez. Coming into the season, Brycelyn was a top 20 player, who had helped her team reach the 2A State Championship in 2022. As a senior in 2023, she led her team in PPG (14.1) RPG (7.0) APG (3.6) and SPG (3.9) taking Escalante back to the finals in consecutive years. She now ends her career as a 3X “All-State” selection as a member of the Lady Lobos and a top 15 player!

1A-2A “All-Star” (2023)
In her final year, Offutt led the Animas Panthers to a Final Four appearance as a No. 6 seed & a 20 win season (21-9). Averaging 16.4 PPG on the year, Addy also averaged 2.5 SPG, showcasing commitment to both ends of the floor. She now ends her career as a 3X “All-State” selection as a member of the Lady Panthers.

Smith is one of the better 3PT shooters NM has to offer. Although Roswell had a tough season (9-18, 0-6) Daci was solid individually. She went on the be an “All-Star” and played for team green in the 5A game.

3A-4A “All-Star” (2023)
After having a breakout season, Mika has catapulted 20 spots in the rankings! Posting careers bests in almost every category – PPG (16.4) RPG (9.2) APG (2.9) SPG (4.8) – Juan nearly averaged a DBL-DBL. Mika led the SunDevils (19-10, 7-1) to the Elite 8, where they gave SFIS all they could handle.

5A “All-Star” (2023)
Rams Center Julia Espinosa Julia Espinosa 6'2" | C Rio Rancho | 2023 State NM , is a rebounding threat who mainly operates the paint area. Julia is tough to box out and reaps put-backs. Espinosa helped the Rams (14-16, 4-4) reach the 5A playoffs, earning a No. 16 seed in 2023.

Mayfield’s Lyric Corona Lyric Corona 5'6" | PG Mayfield | 2023 State NM , the teams leader in PPG (13.9) APG (1.9) & SPG (2.7) was solid all season and was a vital part for the Trojans in terms of production, rotations and leadership. Corona helped take Mayfield (15-13, 6-4) into the State playoffs where they earned a No. 12 seed in 5A.

Samantha was an all-around contributor on both ends of the floor for the Coyotes, posting averages of 12.5 PPG, 3.8 RPG & 2.5 SPG respectively. CCP finished with an overall record of 8-16, which includes a 3-5 district record resulting in a 3rd place mark in District 5-3A.
