Janasia can fill the stat sheet. A 3-level scorer that can change a game at both ends of the floor. Uses great defensive instincts to get in passing lanes and take the ball the other way in transition where she attacks the rim. As a sophomore at Irvington HS, she averaged 6+spg including two games with 10+. As a junior she averaged 23+ppg, 5+rbg, 3+apg, 3+spg and 1+bpg so you know going in there is no way to avoid the impact she’ll make. Playing a little more off the ball with the HUrban Legends she is active off the ball, finding scoring opportunities and attacking the glass. Well over 1,200 points in 3 years she is slated for a big senior year.
Long athletic wings like this are valuable assets on the hardwood. Tatianna has very active hands on the defensive end averaging 2+spg per game in her sophomore season at Hudson Catholic HS. Offensively, she drives hard and finishes in the paint, either with a solid floater game or getting all the way to the rim. She is playing whatever role is asked of her on the HUrban Legends and is willing to get inside and eat up the boards. As a sophomore she averaged 11+ppg and 6rpg and those numbers should only go up as a junior.
As good as any on the ball defender I saw at The Clash and she’s only a freshman. Her ball pressure is relentless, and her long arms help her get her hands on a lot of balls and disrupt passing lanes. Her foot quickness is top notch, and she anticipates what ballhandlers are looking to do very well. Offensively she gets out in transition an attacks the rim hard but also has a nice spin move to use in the paint. In the halfcourt, she moves well off the ball and gets downhill when given the opportunity. Part of a loaded freshman class at Pope John with Addy Platt Addy Platt 5’11” | SG Pope John | 2026 State NJ and Kennedy Brown Kennedy Brown 5’8″ | CG Morris Catholic | 2026 State NJ , this group should only get better with age.
Over 800 points in just 2 years at Hillsborough HS, she did it all as a sophomore. 16+ppg, 8+rpg, 4+apg, 3+spg, 1+bpg she is a true jack of all trades in a loaded sophomore class for Hillsborough. All of this was on display for Francesca at The Clash Select 40 tournament while representing United 16u Select 40 with fellow Hillsborough teammate Reghan Bice Reghan Bice 5’8″ | SF Hillsborough | 2025 NJ . She played with a motor all weekend. Defensively, she has active hands and puts a ton of pressure on opposing offenses. Off the ball, she plays with a high defensive IQ and was always anticipating plays before they happened. Offensively, what I saw was a very willing passer in transition and the half court and a girl who was not afraid to attack the rim and finish through contact.
