You can tell that early on in their basketball careers, these girls were challenged based off of the way they play. From their athleticism to just how poised they are with the ball in their hands, these young ladies are the future and they are taking their game to new heights.
In this edition of stock risers, we highlight some young ladies who flat out had an awesome sophomore season. These girls solidified their place not only in the starting line up, but for future representation for post season awards. From knocking down the 3 ball to finishing it in the paint, the future of basketball in the Tennessee high school ranks will be exciting for years to come.
Here are some sensational standouts from the sophomore class whose stock will continue to rise.
Harmonie Ware Harmonie Ware 5'9" | SG Bradley Central | 2025 State TN ((5’9/ SG/ Bradley Central)– Nothing can stop her, she’s on the way up. This girl’s game is lethal. Multi-level scoring threat, Harmonie knows how to make the bottom of the net sing that sweet swish music. She is a lockdown defender and can get to the rim with ease. Had a coming out party this year and was dynamic in the state tournament. Super tough kid who has a tremendous high ceiling.
Daria Biryk Daria Biryk 5'10" | SG Webb- Bell Buckle | 2025 State TN (5’10/SG/ Webb- Bell Buckle)– Sharpshooter. She’s a hard worker who can dial it from deep and explode in the mid-range. Coast to coast player that can create off the dribble. Poised with the ball in her hands, uses her length and size to her advantage to create mismatches on both ends of the floor. FIBA world player who will excel here in the states.
Serenity Austin Serenity Austin 5'9" | PG White Station | 2025 State TN (5’9/PG/ Memphis Business School)– Swiss army type of guard who is a great floor general. Sees the floor well and exploits defenses on her way to the rack. High tempo player that can score the ball, facilitate the offense, and hit her teammates in stride. She gets after it on D.
Molly Brown Molly Brown 5'8" | SG Lincoln Co. | 2025 State TN (5’8/SG/ Lincoln Co.)– 3 level scoring threat that plays with a motor. She can attack gaps, create off the dribble, or catch and shoot from beyond the arc. She is a in your face/ suffocating defender that makes it hard for opponents to score or run an offense. Possesses great court awareness and doesn’t get rattled from pressure.
Taya Totten (5’10/PG/ Portland)- Super talented girl who can play inside and out. Downhill player who can fill it up. 3 level scorer who gets after it not only on the offensive side, but the defensive side as well. Does a little bit of everything for her club. Rebounding, dishing the ball, and getting steals, this girl has a super tough all around game that will take her to new heights.

High basketball IQ, she uses her speed to her advantage to create turnovers that lead to transition buckets. Solid scoring threat from the arc, she dominates around the rim and the mid-range game. Heady player who is a defensive threat.
