Venneberg possesses a knockdown jumper alongside the IQ to leverage that gravity for drives and playmaking opportunities. Coming from Eastern Colorado, she is a capable shooter off the catch, possessing total confidence in the shot. Venneberg is far from just a shooter, proving capable of making reads out of drives, making the extra pass once a double arrives. Through her junior season, the guard has posted 16.7 points, 6.8 rebounds, 3 assists, and 6.6 steals per game.
Kynli Hart Kynli Hart 6'0" | PF Cherokee Trail | 2024 State CO – Cherokee Trail – 2024
Hart will be worth a watch this spring and summer, boasting notable height along with scoring potential in or out of the paint. The 6′ junior forward has been deployed to battle in the post, proving fairly strong against high level post threats. Hart shows upside as a mid-range shooter off the catch.
Jentri Marx – Limon – 2024
Marx is a fairly strong forward who has a versatile shotmaking portfolio within the arc. Standing right around 5’11, the junior out of Limon is an impactful rebounder on both ends of the floor, in large part due to her timing. Marx is fairly comfortable handling the ball, often bringing it up into the halfcourt following defensive rebounds. Through her season with 19-7 Limon, Marx put up 11.5 points, 8 rebounds, 4.3 steals, 1.9 assists, and 1.6 blocks per game. Not to mention that Marx earned herself 2A second team all-state honors.
Leiava Holliman Leiava Holliman 5'6" | CG Grandview | 2025 State CO – Grandview – 2025
Holliman is progressing as a facilitator, seeking out transition opportunities along with pick and roll passing. The sophomore flew under the radar this past season, although she is already showing upside making reads off the dribble.
Presley Kirkpatrick – Golden – 2024
Kirkpatrick brings excellent defensive anticipation, proving valuable grabbing rebounds and actively helping onto drivers. At 5’8, the forward will be important to this group’s defensive upside. Kirkpatrick shows excellent reactions going for steals, proving ambidextrous in nature. Through her junior season at Golden, she posted 3.8 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 1.1 steals per game.
Bryton DeHaven – Grandview – 2024
DeHaven plays well within the halfcourt offense, embracing off-ball movement to create scoring opportunities. The junior guard is always searching for opportunities to be a threat without the ball, either pushing the pace in transition or flowing in the halfcourt for bounce passes.
Katie Wilkinson Katie Wilkinson 5'7" | CG Legend | 2024 State CO – Legend – 2024
WIlkinson shows upside as an impactful helpside defender alongside a team friendly skillset. The junior guard rotates on time to block shot attempts, having no fear of drawing contact.
Sarah Davis Sarah Davis 5'9" | CG Rock Canyon | 2024 State CO – Rock Canyon – 2024
Davis has been an impactful floor spacer all season for Rock Canyon, who went 14-10. A lefty, the guard is a consistent shooter off the catch, either in the halfcourt or transition. Through her junior season, the guard posted 8.7 points, 2.6 rebounds, and 1.3 steals per game.
Avery Blanc – Doherty – 2024
Blanc stays alert hunting down loose balls, providing value through impactful defensive instincts. She shows upside as a shooter off the catch, more than capable when given space.
Paige Boettcher – Rangeview – 2024
Boettcher shows upside as a off-ball floor spacer while being able to contribute on openings in the driving lanes. The 5’6 junior guard looks to add value through her off-ball gravity.
