In 27 games played this season, Knauff averaged 19.1 points, 5.0 rebounds and 2.1 steals per game for Bolles. Knauff has huge upside as she gears up for her junior season and could be a mid-major D1 caliber playmaker.
The 5-10 shooting guard continues to impress as her 3-point shooting is only getting better as Wallhoff is just entering her junior season. The sharpshooter not only has high potential as a perimeter threat but her defense has also gotten better. She is an active on-the-ball defender and is always putting pressure on the opposition. Wallhoff has a high basketball IQ and displays great court vision on any given night.
Highlights
The 5-9 guard always has active hands on the defensive end and plays with high energy where she is always moving with the ball. Her length and versatility allow her to guard multiple positions on the floor as well. On the offensive end, Collins is a pure perimeter shooter who shot 40 percent from the field as a sophomore last season at Lemon Bay. Collins averaged 14.8 points and 5.5 rebounds per game as well as she gears up for her next two high school seasons.
The 5-11 wing brings all the tools whether it’s length, size and athleticism. O’Leary can play multiple positions out on the floor as well as defend at a high level. O’Leary is an active defender whether it’s getting steals or deflections she seems to be in the right position. O’Leary averaged 16.1 points, 3.7 rebounds and nearly three steals per game last season for Venice.
The 5-11 wing has one of the smoothest releases of a jump shot in the state. Price does a sensational job at getting her shot off in a timely fashion. On the defensive end, Price’s size allows her to defend multiple positions and is very versatile whether it’s blocking shots or getting timely rebounds. Price averaged 7.8 points and 4.0 rebounds per game last season for Westminster Academy.
Highlights
The 6-0 small forward brings a physical presence night in and night out to the gym. Barrett is a true three-level scorer who can finish around the rim, mid-range or occasionally shoot it from beyond the arc. Last season for Cardinal Mooney, Barrett averaged 15.2 points and 8.9 rebounds per game helping lead the Lady Cougars to their third consecutive Final Four appearance. She also finished with a team-high 10 double doubles during her sophomore season.
The 5-7 combo guard can score in a variety of ways whether it’s off the dribble or catch and shoot. Munoz has limitless range from beyond the arc as well. Her on the ball defense has also taken a step to a new level as her quickness allows her ability to stay in front of her opposition. Munoz averaged nearly seven points per game as a sophomore last season for Central Pointe Christian.
The 5-11 wing has great size and is a knock down shooter from the perimeter. Her high 3-point percentage allows her to play a versatile role whether it’s the primary guard position or play forward. She has a high basketball IQ and doesn’t force a mistake very often. Her composure and ability to play under control has shown some growth from her freshman to sophomore seasons. Kateris averaged 6.7 points, 4.8 rebounds and 2.6 assists per game for The King’s Academy who appeared in the state semifinal last season.
