Continue ReadingListed at 6-foot tall, Barnes should be drawing plenty of college attention for programs looking to add size on the perimeter but more so three-point shooting. Asya was tremendous on Friday using her picture-perfect compact left-handed stroke. She buried nine threes in total, hitting five in the opener to finish with 20 points before sinking four long balls in Game 2 against SAS Red, tallying 17 points, 3 rebounds and 1 assist.

Jefferson has talent coming up the pipeline, maybe none with more upside than Michel Robbins. Standing around 5-foot-8, Robbins is an aggressive, athletic backcourt member that can serve time as a 2/3. She runs the floor hard and often finds herself at the right place at the right time. She scores with both hands and is a strong rebounder. In LE Elite’s 60-46 win, Robbins had 9 points, 6 rebounds and 1 assist off the bench.
Walter lets it fly from deep with zero hesitation. Jaslynn will bomb away off the catch or pull-up off the dribble with deep range. She is a physical presence on defense as a rebounder and someone that can use their strength to guard multiple positions. Walter could bring a 3&D type toughness to a college backcourt. Tennessee Tech offered last August.
CJ provided a spark with her athleticism as a slasher. Wilson made things happen when she got past her first defender. She was able to finish with either hand and did a nice job of kicking out to open shooters. Wilson is most dangerous when she’s able to get to 15-feet and in where she can drop in floaters or short pull-ups when she can’t get all the way to the rim. CJ is also a threat to get on the backboards.
