Here’s the rest of the top 10 analysis. Here’s more on why these players moved up in the top 10. Follow the link below to access these rankings
#1 – In my mind, there’s no doubt that Brynn should be at the top spot. She is a 6’2 bundle of versatility and skill. First of all, she is one of the better rebounders I have seen, with great timing and jumping ability. Secondly, she has the skills to play on the perimeter, and she does it well. She can take what the defense gives her or put it on the floor and get to the rim with the skills of a slashing guard but in less steps. She obviously has the size to score on the low block, and she does that a high level, with great footwork and a variety of flashy moves in the post. She can do it all, and has colleges attention. Michigan, Stanford, Texas A&M have all come calling. This is a player who has played only two high school seasons. She led her Colfax team to a state 2B title this season and all signs point toward Colfax being the favorite once again next year.
#2 – Grace moves up from #4 to 2.n the updated rankings. It’s hard to deny her skills and snoring abilities from the shooting guard spot. Or the point. She possess an elite mid-range game with pull-up jumpers that to me are unrivaled in the class of 2025. She has a great stroke from three and can get up and down to finish at the basket. She is already a lot of the qdecorated high school basketball player in the state of Washington with one state title and a 2nd place finish this season. Her ability to create is phenomenal and she continues to get even better, showing some elite scoring ability, averaging over 23 points per game this season. She is a two time 1st team all state tournament pick for the Lyncs as well.

There’s two more players that jumped into the top 10 after the update and previously being ranked but not there. Those players are Julie Dalan Julie Dalan 6'3" | C W.F.West | 2025 State WA and Sarah Lessig Sarah Lessig 6'3" | SF Garfield | 2025 State WA . Izzy Simmons Izzy Simmons 5'9" | PG Hermiston | 2025 State WA stays in the top 10 coming in at 8th after being at #5 previously.
#9 – I watched Julie play this spring and she was virtually unguardedabl in the post. She is 6’4 and very long. She showed a nice touch from inside the paint, and even had a turn around 15 footer that she made. She had a big season this year as a sophomore and averaged a double double with over 20 points per game. With continued improvement on her strength and quickness, she will be leaving her mark as one of the best bigs to come out of Chehalis. On the girls side, her brother Soran Dalan is already in the record books as the all time rebounding record holder. With the start that Julie has had and continued improvement, they will both be in the book.
#10 – The other post player to move up to the top 10 is Sarah at the 10 spot. Although she can play anywhere from the three to five. She is an athletic and skilled player who can do a lot of things well. She runs the floor, and can patrols the paint for rebounds and blocked shots. She is a good player around the basket with the ability to score with some shifty and crazy athletic moves for her size. Unique skill set with lots of talent for the state champions of Garfield.
#7 – Curtis is at #7 in the updated rankings. A quick and crafty finishing guard with a nice mid-range floater game. She played off the ball a good majority of the time last season and might again with all of them back next year. She may be better suited as a point guard at the next level and she has the skills to do it. She is also excellent on defense with ball pressure and quickness creating steals, wher she excels in the open floor.

Although she is great at the shooting guars/small forward. She also posses a unique skill-set, with good handles, the ability to take a rebound and go post to post, and her shooting. She didn’t shoot a massive amount this season from there but should be more opportunities next year. Chiawana s7hould be a tough out in the post season with a few players back that are ranked. #6 – She kept her number #6 position in the 2025 rankings. A guard/small forward type player and she is great at both, and capable of guarding both. She is great in open floor, the half court, you name it. She has a very effortless and nice shot from three. She gets to the rim and can finish with her size and ability. She has some great moves that you only get from lots of practice. Impressive prospect who should be getting a lot of attention from colleges.
She kept her number #6 position in the 2025 rankings. A guard with lots of quickness who played off the ball a lot last season. She may again next year with the entire backcourt back. I believe she is more suitable for the point at the next level but she has no problem scoring the rock. Quickness and gets her downhill in a hurry ready to deliver at the basket or pull up with a floater or some crafty style layups. Also a good defensive player who uses that quickness to be one qq
