Suddeth made good strides with her play this spring to move up the rankings. Cokey has really expanded her game out to the three-point line now as a small forward. She primarily played down in the paint until this high school and Grassroots season.
Cokey and the Charleston Raptors have had a good spring on the Grassroots Circuit. Suddeth a multi-sport athlete who also excels on the volleyball court for Palmetto Christian Academy. She constantly plays around the ball to make a play on both ends of the floor.
Peay is a tough mismatch at time with her ability to put the ball on the deck at times or simply play down in the paint. KeMarja really works for position on both ends of the floor carving out space and receiving the ball down on the block. She has no problems mixing it up and playing through contact.
KeMarja will jump on the deck for a loose ball at any time. She really plays the game with a blue-collar mindset.
Harvey is a true post player for the Lady Blazers. Anasia will play with her back the basket while showing good footwork around the paint. She will work from side to side and block to block to receive the ball. Anasia runs the floor in transition and constantly could be a double-double player each night for the Lady Blazers this coming season.
Highlights
Pitts plays extremely active around the paint area at all times. She NEVER takes a play-off while on the hardwood. Natalie will battle for position and does a nice job of sealing and creating angles around the cup. She simply understands the game and always looks to stay active on both ends of the floor. Natalie still has her best basketball in front of her down the road. She plays up a age group runs with Upward Stars Pee Dee 2024 on the Grassroots Circuit.
Highlights
Claxton has really confidence playing with the SC Lady Sixers this spring on the Grassroots Circuit. Carmyn a left-handed slender stretch forward likes to play face-up to the basket. She really likes to play in the short-corner at times and can extend out to the three-point line with her shooting. Carmyn has a nice soft touch from the foul line. Look for her to keep improving her game heading into the July period.
