2024 Guards Represented Well
Kennedy Rosendahl Kennedy Rosendahl 5'6" | SG Ponte Vedra | 2024 State FL played well and was primarily at the point guard position on Day 1. The 2024 guard was really potent from the outside in game 1. She showed some grit in the second game of the day and had to get to the rim and play solid defense. Rosendahl handled the ball well and got the ball unselfishly to teammates. She has always beena great three point shooter but got to the rim often during the team camp event.
Piera Alexander Piera Alexander 5'6" | PG Orange Park | 2024 State FL was clutch in game one in an overtime affair. The 2024 guard connected on several threes, including the game winning three pointer in sudden death overtime. In addition to shooting gthe ball, Alexander was also responsible for handling the “rock” as well. She did a great job of handling the ball and also distributing the ball to her teammates.
Jasmine Bocca Jasmine Bocca 5'3" | PG Colonial | 2024 State FL made a splash two ways on Day 1 of the tournament. The 2024 guard made her debut at Colonial and things just looked effortless at times. Bocca is that consummate floor general on the court. She rejoined forces with Carmen Richardson Carmen Richardson 5'8" | CG Colonial | 2024 State FL . The two last played together in 4th grade and 7 years later they have teamed up for a potent guard tandem.
Carmen Richardson Carmen Richardson 5'8" | CG Colonial | 2024 State FL was her ususal self. Richardson is that player who does everything well and can just flat out ball. Richardson showed the float game and the ability to get to the rim. She also had some nice midrange jumpers. Richardson moves the ball as good as anyone and always makes the correct basketball play whether its a shot or a pass.
Courtney Lowe Courtney Lowe 5'4" | CG Boca Raton | 2024 State FL picked up where she left off in travel ball. Lowe is one of the best shooters in the 2024 class. She connected on several threes, but the most impressive shot was the three pointer she made in sudden death overtime – first team that scores wins the game.
Forwards Creating a “Buzz” in the Room.
Aariana Rose Gravel Aariana Rose Gravel 6'0" | PF Trinity Catholic | 2024 State FL created energy in the room. Her explosion is just off the charts. Gravel gets great position on the inside and she also runs the floor very well. A few coaches were making tick marks after some of her scores on the inside.
Sydney Roundtree Sydney Roundtree 6'0" | PF Bishop Kenny | 2024 State FL moved the needle in the room from just doing layups. One coach saw Roundtree’s athleticism and explosiveness and immediately commented on it. Roundtree does a little of everything on the court, including rebounding, handling the ball, and scoring in transition.
Clare Coyle Clare Coyle 6'1" | PF Bishop Kenny | 2024 State FL had the attention of a lot of coaches on the floor. The Junior forward ran the floor well and scored in the painted area. Coyle brings the energy every game she particpates in. Coyle is a great rebounder who can score in the paint and in transition.
Channing Warren Channing Warren 6'3" | C Timber Creek | 2024 State FL played well and stood out on the court. The 6’3 F/C always stands out physically. Warren was active on both ends of the court. She rebounded well, blocked shots and finished in the paint.
