Here are some additional standouts from this top level event:
Sarah Nakamura Miller Sarah Nakamura Miller 5'11" | SG Xavier College Prep | 2024 State AZ Xavier Prep
Coming off a knee injury Miller appears to be close to 100%. She’s a strong guard who can get in the paint whenever she wishes. She showed she can hit the pull-up mid-range jumper with consistency. She’s a good rebounder with the ability to grab it and initiate the break
Amya Bekele Amya Bekele 5'9" | SG Mesa | 2024 State AZ Mesa
Bekele is an active wing who played with a lot of energy and passion. She’s athletic and attacked the defense consistently. She also shot the perimeter jumper with confidence out to the three point line.

The engine for the Sentinels was on go the whole event. She’s a flashy ball handler who always keeps her head up looking to hit the open teammate. Any scorer would love to play with a point guard like Morales as she makes sure that everyone on her squad stays involved.

Owens is possibly the most athletic guard in the AIA and it was on display this weekend. She got rebounds and looked to attack the defense every chance she got. Her defense is top level with her lateral quickness. She guarded multiple positions with ease.

Williams quietly did the little things to help make the Lancers successful. She showed a very good feel for the game. Williams perimeter skills have improved from the last time that I saw her. She was equally comfortable bringing the ball up the court as she was operating in the post.

Creal is a versatile forward that did a little bit of everything for the Huskies. She was smart enough to let her offense come to her while also looking to see what mismatches her teammates had. She rebounded very well from her position and played good defense. She’s as versatile as their is in her class.
