Remy Tolar Remy Tolar 5'11" | SF Fairview | 2024 State CO – Fairview
Tolar has proven to be highly active on the defensive end, swatting away shots and hustling for rebounds at a high volume. Averaging a double double last season, the forward is a noteworthy hustle player on both ends of the floor, for reference, 6.7 defensive rebounds to 3.7 offensive rebounds. On the offensive side, Tolar is an impactful scorer inside the arc under a variety of circumstances. She can find a likesize matchup in the post, proving strong while turning the corner for a layup. Other ways she scores is on drives, typically getting to her left hand, where she has the ability to finish high arcing layups at the rim. Should opponents cut off the lane, Tolar does well stepping into the short mid-range pull-up, above contests if necessary. The incoming senior is a sturdy 5’11 forward, who looks to bring constant production in her final season at Fairview.
McKenzie Wood McKenzie Wood 5'9" | SF Mullen | 2024 State CO – Mullen
Wood is a strong shooting guard who is a valuable shooter along the perimeter. Although an excellent shooter off the catch, Wood demonstrates unique strength at her position. She has no trouble finishing around the rim through contact, notably with either hand. Typically getting downhill off of cuts, the guard is certainly a proactive off-ball scoring threat. Another facet to Wood’s game is her defensive mindset, showing full willingness to take charges in traffic. At 5’10, colleges should have Wood on their radar, given her translatable skills at the next level.
Kendra Ritzmann Kendra Ritzmann 5'11" | SF Pomona | 2024 State CO – Pomona
Ritzmann brings plenty of versatility across the board, truly a jack of all trades prospect. At roughly 5’10 the small forward is highly impactful on the defensive end, producing a double double throughout her junior season. She is an especially mobile threat on the glass, rarely staying in one place once the shot is off. Ritzmann’s timing helps her grab rebounds, perfectly placing her position to get up higher than opponents. Although effective on defense, Ritzmann brings a diverse portfolio on offense, capable of bringing the ball and initiating plays. Especially effective at beating opponents with her first step, as the small forward has especially quick acceleration while attacking downhill. With the graduations of multiple impactful seniors, Ritzmann will be at the forefront of this group through her senior season.
Reagan Lentell Reagan Lentell 6'0" | SF Chaparral | 2024 State CO – Chaparral
Lentell is an intriguing prospect due to her shooting upside and positional length at roughly 6′ tall. The incoming senior has the potential to be a tough matchup along the perimeter, capable of knocking down threes off the catch or even stepping into those shots when confident. Her continued growth along the perimeter will be worth tracking, given the few prospects with her range and height. Defensively, Lentell’s wide reach makes her an effective help side defender when in position. An area of notable upside is her potential to relocate for jumpers either from off-ball movement or after crashing the offensive glass.
