The event was held from July 21-24 and featured some of the top travel teams from California and from out of state. I was able to attend the event on Sunday, July 23 and I focused on as many of the CA teams as I could. Here’s a look at some additional top standouts I saw.
1. Jalen Samuel – Sierra Canyon/Sports Academy Swish 16U 805 2025
Samuel stood out to me as a developing ball-handler and possible lead guard in the future. She’s already a pretty good ball-handler and has a decent slashing game. She can beat her defender off the dribble and get into the lane but sometimes isn’t always able to finish. She did play off-ball at times in the game I saw alongside another ball-handler. When she was off ball she showed the ability to hit catch and shoot jumpers.
2.

I think what stood out the most to me about Muir was her hustle plays and energy. It always seemed like she was everywhere on the court trying to impact the game. She’s slight and maybe more of a guard but she was able to hit the glass well against bigger players. She tries hard defensively and that’s half the battle. When she had the ball in her hands, she was able to use shot fakes and take the dribble pull-up.
3. Elizabeth Rob-Juroe – Mater Dei/
Troop West
16U Elite 2025
Rob-Juroe was a talented forward with some ball-handling skills. She played some center in the game I saw but forward is probably her natural position. Her shot was off but you can tell the motions and the repetition is there. She can make quick spins on the block to the basket when she has the ball. Off-ball, she flashes well across the middle, gets herself into scoring position near the basket and calls for the ball.
4.
Kaeli Wynn

– Mater Dei/Sports Academy Swish Derek Fisher 16U EYBL 2026
Wynn is a versatile forward that has high upside. She has a good combination of strength and finesse. She can establish position and post up; she does a good job sealing her defender and calling for the ball. She can score in the paint. She has an inside/outside game, she’s able to space the floor with her shooting and she can knock down the midrange and the three-point shot.
