Florida was well represented at the 3SSB National Tournament in July with JSizzles, Team Knight, and Central Florida Elite bringing multiple teams from their program to the event. With a minimum of 5 games played, several Florida players were top 10 statistical leaders.
POINT LEADERS
Bri Rivera (Lake Highland Prep / JSizzles) 5’8 Guard – Class of 2024
Statistical Ranking: # 5
Stats: 17.7 Points Per Game
Rivera is well known as a long-range bomber who can light up the nets anytime she crosses half court. But not just a 3-point shooter, Rivera can also knock it down off 1-2 dribble pull up as well as take it all the way to the rim. Leading JSizzles 17U squad in scoring, Rivera averaged 17.7 points per game, which was good enough for 5th overall in scoring in the 17U division.

Stats: 37 3-Pointers Made
Rivera finished top 5 in scoring mainly due to her deep range and high percentage shooting from beyond the 3-point line. She knocked down 37 3-points through CH 1&2 in the 3SSB events good enough for leading 3SSB in 3-pointers made. Her excellent form, strong lower base, deep range, and high percentage shooting make her a very challenging player to defend.
Gianna Corbitt Gianna Corbitt 6'1" | SF Blanche Ely | 2024 State FL (Blanche Ely / Team Knight) 6’1 Wing – Class of 2024

Stats: 17 3-Pointers Made
Corbitt did some damage from beyond the 3-point line herself, knocking down 17 3-pointers which was tied for 6th overall in the 17U division statistically. She is a strong, versatile wing that can fill up the stat sheet from the interior and the exterior. She has 3-point range while can also use her broad shoulders and strong frame to attack off the dribble and absorb contact to get to the rim and get to the free throw line. The game really opens up when she is shooting the 3 ball at a high percentage from beyond the arc.

Camryn Patterson Camryn Patterson 5'9" | CG Southeastern Preparatory Academy | 2024 State FL (Hagerty HS / JSizzles) 5’9 Guard – Class of 2024
Statistical Ranking: # 5 (Tied)
Stats: 4.4 Assists Per Game
Patterson is a shifty, athletic guard that can attack off the bounce, using her explosive first step, open court moves, and tight handle to get past her defenders and into the paint. She consistently got into the teeth of opposing defenses at the 3SSB CH 1&2 events for JSizzles, dropping it off in the paint for easy layups or penetrate and kicking for open 3-pointers for her teammates.
Jada Eads Jada Eads 5'6" | PG Lake Highland Prep | 2024 State FL (Lake Highland Prep / CFE Grant Hill) 5’7 Guard – Class of 2024
Statistical Ranking: # 7
Stats: 4.3 Assists Per Game
Eads is an explosive offensive player that has a well-rounded skill set with solid handle, deep 3-point range, excellent finishing ability and solid court vision. Eads used her well rounded skill set to create shots for her teammates by playing down hill and consistently attacking off the bounce. She has elite athleticism and is extremely quick with the ball in her hands. With a number of scorers on the talented CFE Grant Hill squad, Eads had her choice of scorers to kick out to or drop off to at the rim.
Kamryn Corporan Kamryn Corporan 5'3" | PG St. Thomas Aquinas | 2024 State FL (St. Thomas Aquinas / Team Knight) 5’7 Guard – Class of 2024
Statistical Ranking: # 10
Stats: 3.8 Assists Per Game
Corporan had her handle, passing skills, and court vision on full display at the CH 1&2 3SSB event dropping close to 4 assists per game which came in at # 10 overall on the 3SSB circuit. Corporan has a slim, slender build and is shifty with the ball in her hands, changing speed and direction to get by her defenders.
