The two-day get together in the Upstate of the Palmetto State welcomed some of the premier AAU squads in the region. With the conclusion of the Triumph Region Finals – as well as those for the Dynasty, Legacy and Victory regions – only two Circuit events remain. Those are Battle in the Sunflower in Kansas and the 2k23 live period gathering in Chicago.
Phoenix Carter 2027, a North Carolina-based team, won this year’s 15U championship, but the talent was well-spread out among the 15U field. Here is a look at our 15U Second Team.

One of the oldest sayings in sports as well as life is it is not how one starts, but how one finishes. That applied to Phoenix Carter 2027 this weekend at the Triumph Region Finals and McCarn was a great closer for the North Carolina-based club team. Her 11 points were part of the winning puzzle that pushed Phoenix Carter 2027 to a dominant victory over Charleston Raptors 2026 to put a bow on this past weekend’s get-together at Upward Star Center. She also had eight points in an earlier matchup against the same team – one that went the way of the South Carolina team in overtime. Talk about sweet revenge.
Andrea Kelly

Kelly’s Charleston Raptors 2026 were on the opposite end of that Phoenix Carter 2027 sweet revenge as Sunday’s play reached its crescendo. She still was a massive reason why her team made the run through the Triumph Region Finals that it did. Kelly got her weekend off to a great start by leading her team to a 55-51 overtime victory – over Phoenix Carter 2027 of all teams. She tallied 15 points in that win and it was a launching point for Charleston Raptors 2026 to eventually reel off four consecutive victories to begin this year’s Triumph Region Finals. Kelly will begin her sophomore season at 1A Burke following a freshman campaign in 2022-23.
Carey first caught our attention at Peach Games in Atlanta back in early May and she continued her stellar play throughout the weekend at a tournament where her team enjoyed somewhat of a home court advantage among 15U groups. Carey delivered one of the signature moments of the Triumph Region Finals when she drained a buzzer-beating 3-pointer to lift her Upstate Rebels 2026 team to a 64-63 victory over Carolina All-Stars 2027. Her team finished 4-2 over the weekend. Following a standout career at the middle school level at R.C. Edwards, Carey will begin her tenure at the high school ranks at 3A Daniel, which R.C. Edwards serves as a feeder school for.

Continued success at the high school and AAU levels continues to be in the palm of Palmer’s hands. Palmer plays for a Carolina All-Stars 2027 team that could have come out victorious in the 15U division. Both of her team’s losses (to My Sister’s Keeper 2026 and Upstate Rebels 2026) were only by one point – each. Palmer finished with 25 points in that narrow defeat to Upstate Rebels 2026. This was on top of the 19 points she had to get Carolina All-Star 2027’s weekend started with a 47-33 victory over Richmond Heat 2027. She also finished with 18 points in a win over Georgia Elite Sports Invasion 2027.
Brothers’ star at Upward Star Center was among those who shined the brightest for a My Sister’s Keeper 2026 team that has no shortage of shining stars. Arguably, Brothers’ signature game occurred against Carolina All-Stars 2027. In what proved to be a tough out for the Louisiana-based AAU squad, Brothers’ 19 points were instrumental in claiming a 57-56 victory over the North Carolina-based team. The rising sophomore star small forward from 5A West Monroe HS also managed a 13-point showing in a victory over Kentucky-based Richmond Heat 2027 to get her team’s weekend off on the right pair of sneakers.
