It was a great chance for teams across the southeast to come and compete against one another to take home the championship. While there are certainly other things that goes into being a successful basketball player besides scoring, having a shooter on your team is always an asset. Here are some of the shooters worth noting from the event.
Brooke Campbell Brooke Campbell 5’7″ | SG Madison Central | 2025 State KY showed off her range shooting the ball. She handles the ball well against pressure, and she finds her open teammates swinging the ball to shift the defense. She attacks the gaps well knowing how to draw defenders toward her to make the dish to her teammates.

Kayleigh Richard Kayleigh Richard 5'6" | PG Charlotte Catholic | 2025 NC
Kayleigh Richard Kayleigh Richard 5’6″ | PG Charlotte Catholic | 2025 NC was setting the nets on fire knocking down five in the championship game. She was handling the ball well finding open lanes and making smart passes to her teammates. On a full court press, she was excellent face guarding an opponent preventing her from getting the ball leading to a five second call and turnover for her opponents.
Cokey Suddeth Cokey Suddeth 6’0″ | SF Palmetto Christian Academy | 2025 State SC was knocking down shots all throughout the game including some clutch three pointers late in a close game. Her height was certainly an asset on all levels getting inside for some points at the rim and grabbing boards on both ends of the court. She had some nice dishes to her teammates on the block running the high post position.
Katie Johnson Katie Johnson 5’11” | CG Ashley Ridge | 2025 State SC was showing off her stroke from deep knocking down three in a half against older competition. On defense, she showed off her ability to block shots protecting the basket. She had some nice handles being able to create space and protect the possession as the play developed. She drew defenders towards her opening up some lanes for her teammates.
