Here are some more girls in the classes of 2024 – 2031, the talent level was above tier this past weekend, girls got after it in my opinion.
2028, Jessica Liu Jessica Liu 5'6" | PG Middle School | 2028 CA – solid guard that is pretty skilled with the ball, can handle it and take pressure well. She was able to get the offense rolling and get the ball to teammates that could score the ball. She is a shooter that knocks down open shots off the catch or off the drive. She had a nice stroke on her shot, she made baskets when needed.
2028, Aubrey Buchanon Aubrey Buchanon 5'0" | PG Middle School | 2028 CA – small guard that is really quick and skilled, gets out and pushes the tempo in the game and is able to get to the rim or stop and pop a midrange jumper. She was quick and crafty with the ball and made things happen for her team, we enjoyed watching her do her thing on the floor.
2028, Lucia-Marie Wright – big forward type who can rebound well on the offense side, but she is a beast around the basket. She kills it in the paint and also can handle like a guard, nice skillset on this one, we were sort of surprised at her willingness to play a guard spot and have some success at it at her size.
2028, Legend Tyler Legend Tyler 5'8" | CG Middle School | 2028 CA – athletic wing player that can slash and get to the rim with ease as well as get to the rim off the dribble. Nice size and has decent skill for her age, loved the swagger to her game, nice and smooth with it. Recognizes the pick and roll opportunities on the floor and was able to read the floor and make the right plays, she did a good job at that.
