Most of the girls we are gonna talk about have not been talked about much, we are going to fix that problem and give all the girls that need exposure, more exposure.
Ella Zimmerman Ella Zimmerman 6'4" | C Redondo Union | 2024 State CA – Ella is a skilled big that can step out to the three point line and hit shots, she is skilled in the paint, has nice footwork and is also skilled at knocking down midrange shots. She has a lot of mentions in the news, but we have talked about her a few times on our site, she rightfully deserves more ink and we are showing her love in this article. We expect big things from her this season, we will get a good look at her next week at a showcase with her high school team.
Annie Ye Annie Ye 6'0" | C Mark Keppel | 2024 State CA – Annie is another big that can stretch the floor and make things happen for her team, she is a very good off the ball player, she can pass the ball and makes great decision with the ball. She has soft hands in the paint, allows for her to catch and score in the paint, she even knows how to pass out of the double-team in the paint. She is a good rebounder and is capable of blocking shots on the floor, we respect her skill set and she is one to watch this high school season.
Leonora Salinas Beamen Leonora Salinas Beamen 6'4" | C Liberty | 2024 State CA – Lea is another big that can run the floor and catch and finish in the paint, she is a good rebounder and knows how to use her height and body type on the floor. She can score under the rim, she uses the backboard to makes shots, but also can step out to the three point line and make shots. She runs to spots and can catch with her soft hands and finish in the paint over most opponents, she is a pretty good player that needs some more exposure.
Quinn Godfrey Quinn Godfrey 6'4" | C Branham | 2024 State CA – Big post in the paint, she is still developing as a post player, but her skills are there, she is a heck of a player and knows how to get to spots on the floor. She seals her opponents in the paint and is able to catch with soft hands and finish at the rim. She can finish over both shoulders and is also a good shot blocker with her height, we saw her run the floor and chase players down to block shot at the rim.
