Redpath is one guard worth watching over the course of this upcoming season, possessing value as a complementary playmaker within the offensive flow. Effective picking apart spots in the opposing defense, Redpath looks to get into the defense, before passing the ball back out to corner shotmakers. Showing confidence in the jumper out to the three point line, Redpath has capabilities stretching the floor multiple feet beyond the three point line. Defensively, the guard is active at the point of attack and help, looking to wall off opponents and keep wide arms at all times. As her skill set continues to progress and refine, Redpath should bring value for the Regis Jesuit program in due time.
Elizabeth Currier Elizabeth Currier CG Pagosa Springs | 2025 State CO – Pagosa Springs
Currier has been effective in slowing down the pace for Pagosa, setting up teammates with easy shot attempts or advantageous offensive positions. Although leading this group in points per game, Currier shows value through her methodical passing. If needed to score, the guard picks her spots, reading the defense before making a move.
Hazel Pron – Regis Jesuit
Pron is a willing passer under a variety of circumstances, possessing notable vision in the half court. Effective finding baseline cutters through tight windows, the guard is patient while seeking out such attempts. The guard does well slowing down the pace once she is deep into the paint, carefully reading help rotations before making the extra pass. Another aspect of Pron’s vision has been her willingness to get the ball out quickly in transition, hitting fast break scoring threats.
Alexandria Mims Alexandria Mims 5'6" | CG Regis Groff | 2025 State CO – Regis Groff
Mims is an assertive playmaker with the ball, getting out early to make herself a threat. An effective rebounder on either end of the floor, the guard has no trouble getting physical with the opponents if necessary. Immediately seeking to box out following a shot attempt, Mims gets into position early to assert herself in the paint. Bringing a well balanced dosage from either end, 4.4 defensive to 5.2 offensive rebounds this past season, Mims will be an essential part of Regis Groff’s success. While handling the rock, the guard is actively attacking downhill, seeking fouls or layups around the rim. Her continued growth as a perimeter shooter will be worth tracking, given her value among other areas of the game.
Mallory Neff Mallory Neff 5'9" Regis Jesuit | 2025 CO – Regis Jesuit
Neff is especially active getting downhill from the catch, looking to get into the paint before the defense has time to set up. The guard shows value as a complementary playmaker on drives, keeping her eyes up for the nex pass to a corner shooter. Defensively, Neff gets into position early on help, doing her part to contest drives with both arms.
Karsyn Shahan Karsyn Shahan CG Pagosa Springs | 2025 State CO – Pagosa Springs
Shahan looks to push the pace no matter the circumstances, seeking outlets and fast break opportunities when possible. Capable of handling the ball in the open court while being a decision maker with the ball, Shahan will be a valuable playmaker going into her junior season at Pagosa Springs. Defensively, the guard does well getting around screens, remaining a detrimental opponent to deal with at the point of attack.
