Kennedy Horton Kennedy Horton 6'0" | PF Pattonville | 2025 State MO : The 6’1″ 2025 forward from Pattonville was one of the top frontcourt players that I watched during the day. She’s a fluid athlete who runs the court well and rebounds the ball at both ends of the court. She can turn and face and make a move off the bounce or hit the perimeter jumper. She also defended well with her length.
Kodie Gordon Kodie Gordon 5'7" | CG Pattonville | 2025 State MO : A 2025 guard from Pattonville who was playing with very good pace in the open court. She had a couple of nice coast to coast drives that resulted in layups. She can also drop off a defender with an effective hesi move. She is an unselfish player who can deliver the pass at a number of angles.
Monet Witherspoon: A 5’8″ 2024 guard from John Burroughs who was making quite an impact on the defensive end with her high activity and excellent instincts. She was always in the right position to make a play. She is a high IQ player who can handle the ball, make decisions and also get a bucket.
Brooklyn Pierce Brooklyn Pierce 5'11" | PF Clayton | 2024 State MO : A 5’11” 2024 forward from Clayton who played a strong game in the post. The lefty post uses her body well to carve out space to grab rebounds at both ends. She finishes well inside and she is also a very good interior passer.
Dee Dee Walton: A young point guard from Hazelwood Central who has excellent speed and quickness with the ability to score. She also has 3-point shooting range with nice form on her shot. She also did a nice job of penetrating into the lane for either the drop off for a layup or the kick out to an open shooter.
Imori Coats: A 2024 point guard from Hazelwood Central who showed some good fundamentals with her ball handling and passing. She could make the simple chest pass or the nifty no-look pass that would leave to a bucket. She also played good on-ball defense as she moved her feet well.
