Josie Salazar Josie Salazar 5'6" | PG Kickapoo | 2026 State MO (Kickapoo): A 5’6″ 2026 point guard who was one of top two-way performers at the camp. Her speed and physical strength made her very difficult to stop whether she was in the open court or she was getting downhill on the drive to the basket. She was also knocking down 3-pointers off the catch with consistency. Her tremendous motor was also on display in her pursuit for rebounds and blocked shots. She had a number of offensive rebounds for putbacks and she was one of the top shot blockers in the camp, which was remarkable for a guard her size.
Chase Giddings (Lift for Life): A 5’8″ point guard who was also having a big impact on the game at both ends of the court. She’s a natural scorer, but she was able to show her playmaking skills on this days. She was constantly putting pressure on the defense with her ability to attack downhill and she was also making good decisions and distributing the basketball. She was also hitting perimeter jumpers to compliment her slashing. She was very impressive on the defensive end as she was applying constant pressure and forcing turnovers, which turned into transition layups.
Mattie Zingg Mattie Zingg 6'0" | SF Glendale | 2026 State MO (Glendale): A 6’1″ 2026 wing player from the SWMO area who was one of the most versatile players in the camp. She is a very skilled offensive player, which made her a matchup problem with her height. She has very smooth handles along with good court vision and passing ability. She could grab a rebound and go coast to coast with the ball. She drives the ball well and she shoots it well from 3-point territory. She can also create off the dribble with a nice step-back jumper in her arsenal.
Macie McNece Macie McNece 5'7" | SG Marquette | 2025 State MO (Marquette): A 5’7″ 2025 guard who was one of the top perimeter shooters in the camp. She knocked down four 3-pointers in the first game of the morning as her teammates did a good job of finding her when she worked her way open. She also attacked the close outs well as she could drive either going left or right to the basket.
Kodie Gordon Kodie Gordon 5'7" | CG Pattonville | 2025 State MO (Pattonville): A 5’7″ combo guard who plays an old-school type of game where she goes at her own pace and wasn’t going to be sped up unless she wanted to. She was advancing the ball with tempo, but she was always under control. She was breaking down defenders and getting in the lane for layups and short jumpers. She was also knocking down 3-pointers from the corner. Her on-ball defense was also very impressive.
Camryn Caldwell Camryn Caldwell 5'5" | PG Owensville | 2025 State MO (Owensville): A 5’5″ 2025 point guard who was really hawking the ball on defense with her constant pressure. She was picking up ball handlers in the backcourt and being very disruptive. She is also an excellent offensive player who can handle the ball, pass it and shoot it very well. She could break down defenders with some nifty escape moves off the dribble. She played off the ball well and got herself open to knock down 3-pointers off the catch.
Tess Krieger Tess Krieger 6'1" | SG Clayton | 2026 State MO (Clayton): The 6’0″ 2026 forward was a real problem on defense with her length and shot blocking ability. Her wingspan and excellent timing led to several blocks, whether they were inside or on the perimeter. She is very mobile as she ran the court very well in transition. I’ve seen her operate on the perimeter very well in the past, but she spent much of her time inside on offense. She had a very effective jump hook move over her left shoulder in the post.
Diamond Polk Diamond Polk 5'6" | CG Lift for Life | 2026 State MO (Lift for Life): A 5’6″ 2026 guard who displayed her good skills and fundamentals. She was hitting the 3-pointer off the catch and also using a nice shot fake to escape defenders to hit the pull up jumper. She handles the ball well and is a good decision maker. She did other things well such as rebounding, passing and playing good defense.
Izzy Rohr (Cor Jesu): A 5’10” 2026 forward who is very solid as she did a lot of little things that would help her team. She boxed out well for rebounding position and she was also a very good screener. Those things don’t get noticed all the time, but they help a team succeed. Her overall skill set is also pretty good as well. She has good footwork in the low post to score inside. She can also drive the ball and hit the 3-pointer off the pick and pop.
