Kadence Marsh Kadence Marsh 6'1" | C Windsor | 2025 State CO – Windsor
Marsh will be an intriguing defensive presence for Windsor, boasting quick hands and notable strength around the rim. Capable of taking bumps down in the paint, the forward retains a legal defensive position while contesting drives. Should her opponent pick up their dribble, Marsh is quick to dig in for steals, staying strong ripping away the ball. Following the departure of three of Windsor’s six leading rebounders, Marsh will be primed for an opportunity to anchor the glass. Marsh will re-join this group following averages of 3.8 points and 3.6 rebounds per game.
Addison Harding Addison Harding 6'0" | C University | 2025 State CO – University
Harding has shown notable value anchoring the paint for the former Final 4 team. Coming off of a productive season, the center put up 9.7 points, 8 rebounds, and 2 blocks per game. She is an active help side defender, constantly getting a hand up to swat away shots or disrupt an attempt. At roughly 6′ tall, she covers plenty of room to impact shot attempts for her opponents, especially active on the help side. There is no doubt that Harding will be among the most impactful rim protectors in her class, especially among Northern Colorado programs. Another area of intrigue will be her passing vision with increased touches, active hitting weak side cutters from the elbows or short corners. Her continued growth scoring out of pivot moves will be intriguing, given her strength and height advantage over the vast number of opponents.
Gianna Leone Gianna Leone 6'0" | PF Fossil Ridge | 2025 State CO – Fossil Ridge
Leone will be stepping into a larger role this coming season, proving herself on the glass and interior defense. A sturdy 5’11 forward, the junior has been a consistent complementary forward, capable matching up 3-5 when necessary. Her quick reaction speeds and active hands allow her to fully maximize her wide reach, solidifying her on the defensive end. As she continues to gain fluidity and confidence in the shooting stroke, Leone has opportunity to become one Fossil Ridge’s most dependable two-way assets next season. The forward comes off of a productive season, putting up 6.2 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 2 assists per game.
Tatym Dempcy – Sterling
Dempcy brings notable physicality on the interior, especially active contesting shot attempts. The junior forward helps onto opponents with urgency, getting over quickly with both arms up for legal contests. Notably from her eight block performance versus Limon, she is truly all over the floor seeking blocks. Through her past season with Sterling, Dempcy put up 6.8 points and 8.4 rebounds per game. Especially effective finding box outs and jumping to the ball through traffic, the junior forward brings consistent value on either end of the glass. Following the departure of multiple impactful seniors, Dempcy will be given a larger opportunity on offense, given a large group of sophomores and freshmen entering the rotation.
