Continue ReadingDiamond Wilson is a fast and skilled sophomore at North Edgecombe High School. She is able to score in the paint, get to the foul line, knock down the three, and create space in the midrange. Wilson is a special guard who averaged 18 points per game in her freshman season. Wilson did a lot more than score, however. Each game, she passed for 5 assists, collected 5 rebounds, and forced 3 steals. Wilson played with the Lady Phenom basketball club in the summer months.
Alyssa Bullock Alyssa Bullock 5’3″ | CG Vance Charter | 2026 NC works on the basketball court for Vance Charter School. She has fantastic touch around the rim and rebounds with urgency on offense. Bullock scored over 15 points per game last season and averaged over 9 rebounds from the guard position. She is also a force on defense that creates 4 steals a game through her on-ball pressure and ability to anticipate. Bullock is a competitor who gives all she has on the floor to the Knights.
Oshauna Holland Oshauna Holland 5’7″ | PG Stuart Cramer | 2026 State NC is a talented guard from Stuart W Cramer School who can score from any spot on the floor. She has a nice outside shot and the ability to score in the paint. Holland made 31% of her three-point attempts in 2022-2023. She also attacks the rim to score and get to the free throw line as well. A year ago, Holland earned over 6 trips to the free throw line per game. She plays for the Carolina Flames basketball team in the summer.

Misa Garris Misa Garris 5’5″ | CG Garringer | 2026 State NC is a super sophomore from Garinger High School. She averaged 17 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 steals per game in the 2022-2023 season. Garris can shoot the basketball from several feet behind the three-point line. She has a great feel for the game and changes her speed well in the open court. Garris uses her strong frame to score with power in the paint. She can also step outside and drain a step-back three. Garris is a talented player who knows when – and how – to take over a game.

Viviana Nigro Viviana Nigro 5’7″ | SG Lee Park Prep | 2026 NC is a bouncy and athletic guard from Lee Park Prep. In any game, Nigro can force multiple steals that lead to fast break lay-ups for her and the Knights. When she is guarding the basketball, she is aggressive and her pressure never stops. Nigro has a motor on defense that does not turn off. She is also able to attack the rim on offense. She has the ability to score with her left and right hand with efficiency. Nigro scored on 43% of her shots from the field last season.
