Champagne’s commanding performance came as no shock. The senior guard effortlessly penetrated the paint. Her defensive presence was notable too, contesting every loose ball and creating disruption in the low post. Champagne consistently stayed a step ahead of her opponents, making it challenging to contain her. Her keen understanding of the game plan was evident, as she executed each possession with precision and perfection.

Menzies was locked in from the start. The versatile guard effectively capitalized on her strengths early on, sinking her initial two three-pointers. Her quick shot release, requiring minimal space to execute, was difficult to defend. Menzies’ extensive experience and IQ were apparent, reflected in her prudent passing decisions and the adept use of her swift first step to repeatedly outmaneuver her opponents. Additionally, Menzies showcased a proficient floater in her skill set, adapting well when faced with tight defense by transitioning to attacking the paint area.

Dinapoli had an outstanding first day, displaying relentless effort on both offense and defense. She was willing to undertake the gritty aspects of the game without hesitation. Her unyielding tenacity and grit, qualities that can’t be taught, were evident as she refused to back down. Dinapoli’s game is enhanced by her smooth jumper. She depicted efficiency in shooting, defending, and passing, highlighting her well-rounded abilities. Dinapoli’s distinctive qualities lie in her versatility and high energy, setting her apart from others.

Laila Sierra
Laila Sierra
Sierra’s distinctive physique caught my attention immediately. With a height of 5’11”, she excels as a guard due to her excellent passing range & vision. Additionally, her adept ball-handling skills allow her to contribute to offensive plays when necessary. Sierra remained unfazed in challenging situations. Her three-point shooting has seen tremendous improvement, and she aims to incorporate it consistently into her game. Anticipate a rapid advancement in her progression this fall.
