With the beginning of the season just a few weeks away, Prep Girls Hoops Missouri takes a look at a group of players who are continuing their careers at new schools. Here is a list of key transfers. We’ll continue to add new names as we come across them.
(Staley): The 6’0″ guard moves over from Park Hill South to Staley, which makes the Falcons one of the top Class 6 teams in the state. The versatile Miles averaged 11.3 points and 5.9 rebounds as a freshman at South. She has received numerous Power 5 Division I offers.
(Rock Bridge): An already strong Bruins teams got stronger with the addition of the 5’8″ 2025 guard, who was a two-year standout at Kirksville. She is one of the top perimeter shooters in the state.
(Link Year): The 5’4″ point guard will spend her year at the SWMO prep school after leading Vashon to the Class 4 state championship last year. The talented bucket-getting playmaker will be hooping for the Missouri State Lady Bears next year.
(Link Year): The 6’2″ 2024 forward will be spending her final year of high school at Link Year after a nice three-year run at Park Hill South. A versatile performer who can play inside and on the perimeter, Williams has committed to Kansas.
(Notre Dame de Sion): A 5’9″ 2025 guard who is now at Notre Dame after playing her first two seasons at Lee’s Summit West. She averaged nine points, four rebounds and two assists a game as a sophomore.
(East Carter): The 5’9″ 2024 guard comes to East Carter from Ellington. She is a strong addition to an East Carter team that won a Class 2 district championship last season.
(Link Year): The 6’5″ 2025 center is at Link for her junior year after two strong seasons at Webb City. As a sophomore, she averaged 17 points and 10 rebounds a game.
(Hickman): The 6’6″ 2026 center comes to Hickman from nearby California. She will provide size and an inside presence for a very talented Kewpies team that is one of the top teams in the Class 6 ranks.
(Vashon): A 6’1″ 2025 forward comes to Vashon from Southern Illinois, where she was a standout at Centralia High. She is a tremendous athlete with a big upside. She runs the court well and she can impact the game at both ends of the court.
(Park Hills Central): The 6’4″ 2025 center comes to Park Hills Central from Potosi. She will bring more size and inside presence to a Lady Rebels team that finished third in the Class 4 state tournament last season.
(Kirkwood): The 5’9″ 2026 guard is now at Kirkwood after spending her freshman year at Ursuline Academy. The young lefty missed her freshman year with a knee injury, but she is back healthy and she will make an impact her perimeter shooting and all-around skill set.
(Fayette): A 6’0″ 2026 forward who comes over to Fayette from Camdenton, where she was the Lakers’ leading scorer. She is a very skilled player who can cause matchup problems with her height. Her addition will make Fayette a team to watch in Class 2.
Zay Hoover (Cardinal Ritter): A 5’10” 2025 wing who comes to Ritter from Edwardsville (IL) in metro east St. Louis. She is an excellent athlete who can defend multiple positions on the floor. She can also handle the ball and slash to the basket.
(Vashon): A 5’9″ 2025 guard who comes to Vashon from Cardinal Ritter. She is a skilled ball handler who will a solid jumper from the perimeter.
(Vashon): A 5’3″ 2026 guard who comes to the Wolverines from McCluer North, where she averaged 10 points a game as a freshman. She has good quickness and a nice pull up jumper.
(Lift for Life): A 5’4″ 2026 guard who is a Central after spending her freshman year at Lift for Life. She is a good ball handler who can really shoot it from 3-point range.
(Clayton): A 6’0 2026 small forward comes to Clayton from Ursuline Academy. She is a skilled perimeter player with the height and length to operate inside.
(Rolla): A 2024 guard who comes to Rolla from Newburg, where she was a Class 2 All-State performer. She averaged 19 points a game as a junior.
