The Mid Lake Conference is one of the top small school leagues in the state of Missouri. Last season, Fair Grove and Skyline advanced to the Final Four of the Class 3 state tournament with Fair Grove taking home the state championship. Strafford has a tremendous winning tradition as well while Clever and Forsyth look to be competitive.

STARTING FIVE

Brooke Daniels Brooke Daniels 5'5" | PG Fair Grove | 2025 State MO (Fair Grove): A talented 2026 point guard who played a big part in Fair Grove’s run to the Class 3 state championship last season. She stuffs the stat sheet in addition to being a high-level floor general. She averaged 10 points, five assists and three steals a game last season.

Ireland Jones Ireland Jones 5'6" | PG Clever | 2024 State MO (Clever): An excellent 5’5″ 2024 point guard who just signed with Baptist Bible this week. As well as being an excellent player, she is a great leader and teammate. She averaged 17 points, six rebounds, four assists and three steals last season.

Kenzie Cheek Kenzie Cheek 5'8" | SG Skyline | 2025 State MO (Skyline): A 2025 guard who returns after earning All-State honors last season, when she led Skyline to a berth in the Final Four. She averaged 13 points and six rebounds a game as a sophomore.

Elsie Larsen Elsie Larsen 5'10" | PG Strafford | 2026 State MO (Strafford): A 5’9″ 2026 guard who earned Class 3 All-State honors as a freshman. An excellent all-around player, she averaged 15 points, six rebounds, five assists and two steals a game last season.

Ashton Bell Ashton Bell 5'9" | SG Fair Grove | 2025 State MO (Fair Grove): A 5’8″ 2025 guard who was a key player of Fair Grove’s run to the state championship. She averaged 13 points a game as a sophomore, but she came up with a pair of big games in the Final Four to spark Fair Grove to the state title.
