Cherokee Invitation: S3 Academy Vs Oak City Prep

After going a 0 or 7 start Oak City finally got their&nbsp;first Basket with a Sammy Ward steal then lay up. Ball handling started to be a problem for Oak City and S3 started to turn up the pressure&nbsp;and [player_tooltip player_id='551067' first='Sira' last='Thienou'] got another steal that turned&nbsp;into two points! Oak City got a bit settled in and got two back to back press breaks for a score by Dareka Goodwin to cut the lead to 1 point. After that right in transition [player_tooltip player_id='753300' first='Harissoum' last='Coulibaly'] hit a three in the corner. And had two big time drive layups which one of them was an and one basket! After the first quarter it was a 13-8 S3 lead!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>2nd Quarter</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The second quarter got started up with a beautiful pullup jumper by [player_tooltip player_id='816275' first='Patience' last='Johnson']. But in the half court set&nbsp;Dareka Goodwin was still getting buckets&nbsp;in the low post with layups. After an S3 miss Oakcity showed some patience and got a wide open three point basket in the corner by&nbsp;Kaylin Mckoy&nbsp;get within arms reach. S3 went on a little run with a put back by&nbsp;[player_tooltip player_id='834729' first='Jameela' last='James'] and a transition&nbsp;lay up by&nbsp;[player_tooltip player_id='753300' first='Harissoum' last='Coulibaly'].
