Ja’Maya Nathan | Point Guard | Jacksonville | 2027
This was my first time evaluating Ja’Maya, and she displayed glimpses of potential throughout the game. She demonstrated the capability to navigate to the rim at will with her impressive ball-handling skills. Her execution of the pick-and-roll was marked by patience, and she showcased versatility in finishing within the lane.
Jordyan Bryant | Post | Jacksonville | 2027
Jordyan is a physical player who effectively leverages her size in the paint. She embraces physicality and doesn’t shy away from contact. Demonstrating some ball-handling skills in the open court, she showed aggression in pursuing rebounds and successfully connected on a couple of three-pointers.
Jariya Birdsong | Guard | Northside | 2027
Jariya is a dynamic and assertive offensive player. She connected on catch-and-shoot three-pointers, demonstrated her ability to attack off the dribble, and delivered precise passes in traffic. She showcased her skill in making plays during transition, benefiting both herself and her teammates.
Mariah Jackson | Guard | Northside | 2027
Mariah displayed an assertive approach off the dribble. Once she positioned her shoulders towards the rim, she became challenging to contain. Mariah exhibited prowess in making plays during transition, successfully executed catch-and-shoot jumpers, and confidently sank mid-range pull-up shots.
Claire Cole | Forward | Northside | 2027
Claire showcased resilience throughout the game, engaging in physical battles with a larger opponent without backing down. Her finesse around the rim was evident, demonstrating a soft touch and the capability to finish in traffic. She showcased versatility by exhibiting the ability to attack off the catch on the perimeter.
