Emma has been going crazy this season. She has been putting up numbers that are out of this world. A few games ago the strong and skilled 6’1 PF used that soft touch and high basketball IQ to score 42 points and she hauled in 23 rebounds. I mean, that has to be the best performance of the year regardless of classification or on the boys side as well. The way she is playing now in the pre-season only means she will turn things up during region play. Big time three sport athlete that could be a sleeper small school prospect playing at the next level.
Every once in awhile you will get a move in player that impacts the team right away and that is what Wasatch is getting from Behnke. Not only is she providing shooting and scoring she is mixing it up on the boards and rebounding at a high level. the way that she can mix in her attacks inside and out really make her tough to defend. She is a player that makes this Wasatch team even tougher.
cottonwood PF is putting in some work and the PF uses that sheer strength to over-power defenders in the paint. Double digit type of player for sure that has been impcatful for sure.
Allred is an underrated guard for sure. She has an elite motor and she is a player that can move all over the floor and be a threat. She has been great in the paint on simple flashes. Matter where she is on the floor she seems to find a way to be impactful. Allred plays the right way and she can hurt you from deep and her driving skills are impressive and she does not shy away from contact. she has been nails for Grantsville.
Highlights
Backus has been really good this year and she might be one of the best stat stuffers in the state. She is putting up big numbers but also doing some of the tough work inside rebounding. She can grab and go when she does attack those boards. She is going to be a 17,7 and 7 prospect, so teams need to get her name down as next level prospect.
