The wonder and excitement of recruiting of over….and all that’s left…play one last season of high school basketball. Let’s checked in with signed seniors in the state and look into their individual situations for their senior year. Here’s who to know–and go watch them if you can!
Dunbar (Blackman) has flew up the recruiting rankings with a tremendous summer eventually committing to the Michigan Wolverine WBB program. As a 6’2 physically imposing, strong post, her body is ready for the college level today. Opponents this season will obviously have fits simply trying to keep Dunbar from the blocks and offensive glass. She’s the anchor of their defensive. You’ll hear a lot from this kid this season.

Whaley is a very skilled and diverse offensive player, and that’s exactly what Johnson University wants in their players, as Coach Lawhon will be hoping to average 90 points a game again soon. Whaley is known for being diverse in her ability to slide inside or out and find ways to bring value. Really underrated player.
Krueger is a 5’11 post from Knox Catholic that has signed with Miligan. Starting for the state champion Knox Catholic team last year, Kreuger has one more season to chase another ring! The the perfect role player, and fits into almost any offensive scheme. Can shoot it out to 3, is a nice passer, cutter, nice face up game. Brings a lot to the table.
This Seymour senior brings another lights out shooter to Johnson University. As Coach Lawhon tries to recreate his offensive success from Bryan, he will try to fill his roster with shooters, and that’s what he’s done here with Russell. High IQ, high motor, nice intangibles.

Seymour keeps putting kids into college! Schultz signed with Maryville, and she brings a nice skill set, the ability to shoot the 3, and a gritty defender. Watch this senior laden Seymour team compete again!
