Thursday provided just that, a full slate of games with some of the best teams in the state in action. This article will discuss some of the best performances we saw and could find in the Garden State.
Isabella Serrano – Bishop Eustace (2025)
Serrano has really started to pick up her game as of late, averaging 15 PPG over her last two games for Bishop Eustace. Thursday was easily her best game of the season, scoring a season-high 17 points along with four rebounds, five assists and three steals. Add two three-pointers into the mix as well for the 5-10 forward, off to a hot start for the Crusaders.
Kayden Clark Kayden Clark 5'8" | CG Ocean Township | 2025 State NJ – Ocean Township (2024)
A career day for Clark came against Freehold Township on Thursday, scoring a career-high and season-high 24 points for Ocean Township in a 76-43 win. Talk about a hot start to the season, the Spartans are 4-1 now and Clark is now averaging a cool 15.8 points per game this season. Let’s not forget to mention her five rebounds, three assists, five steals and three 3-pointers on the day as well.
Amber Wooding Amber Wooding CG Lawrence | 2026 State NJ – Lawrence (2026)
This is our first time talking about Wooding this season and potentially ever here at PGH New Jersey, but she earned her spot in this article after scoring a career-high 26 points in a close four-point overtime loss against Hopewell Valley. Wooding also finished with three rebounds, three assists, three 3-pointers and eight steals, her second 6+ steal game and 20+ point game of the season thus far.
Kayla Dunn – Camden Catholic (2025)
With so much loss coming into this season, Camden Catholic needed players to step up, and Dunn has done just that, nearly passing her point total from the past two seasons combined just on Thursday. Her career-high 20-point performance was plenty in a 49-33 win over Pennsauken and she’s now averaging 14.4 points a game over five games played this season.
Michelle Le – Cherry Hill East (2026)
An underrated played in the making in the Olympic Conference, Le had herself quite the game from long-range for Cherry Hill East in a dismantling of Burlington Township on Thursday. Le hit five threes on the day, finishing with 15 points, her second double-digit scoring performance of the season. It was also a career-high for her as she’s averaging 7.6 PPG this season.
Sophia Georgiades Sophia Georgiades 5'7" | PG Ridge | 2026 State NJ – Ridge (2026)
Ridge got itself back over the .500 mark on the season on the back of a great performance from one of its key playmakers, sophomore Sophia Georgiades Sophia Georgiades 5'7" | PG Ridge | 2026 State NJ . She finished with 19 points, her fourth 19+ point performance of the season, along with six rebounds, three assists, three steals and two three-pointers, and her 17.9 PPG average is among the best in the Skyland Conference.
Faith Williamson Faith Williamson 5'8" | PG Saddle River Day | 2025 State NJ – Saddle River Day (2025)
Really impressive day overall for Saddle River Day as four players finished in double-figures, three with 19 or more points, in a 90-76 win over St. Joseph By the Sea (NY), but Williamson really shined from beyond the arc, hitting five three-pointers en route to a 19-point day. It’s a season-high for her and the most points she’s scored in a game since Feb. 11 against Old Tappan.
