Bree McDonald Bree McDonald 5'6" | PG Burlington | 2025 State NewE , High School Burlington, Position PG, HT 5’6, Class Junior
Bree is a tough Point Guard, who can take over the game with her scoring. She is a good shooter from deep. She can score off the dribble and create her own shot. She also gets in the lane and can finish at the rim. Bree is tough to defend because of her abilities to score in multiple ways. She does not force shots up when the defense pressures her, and she does a good job finding the open teammate.
Samara Ashooh Samara Ashooh 6'0" | PF Champlain Valley Union | 2024 State NewE , High School Champlain Valley Union, Class Senior, HT 6’1, Position F
Samara is a solid Forward with good footwork, and touch around the rim. She is also good on the pick and roll, and as a passer from the high post. She has now added more facets to her game, and can stretch the floor and shoot from the outside. She is effective on both sides of the floor.
Nicole Norton Nicole Norton 5'8" | CG Colchester | 2024 State NewE , High School Colchester, HT 5’9, Position Wing, Class Senior
Nicole has a vey quick first step, and good explosiveness getting to the rim down hill. She is a good finisher through contact, and she plays under control. Nicole is smart with the ball, and does a good job avoiding turnovers. Nicole rotates well on defense, and will impact the game in multiple ways.
Sophia Rockwood Sophia Rockwood 5'7" | CG Windsor | 2025 State NewE , High School Windsor, Position G, Class Junior, HT 5’8
Sophia runs the lanes well in transition, and attacks the defense in the half court. She does not settle for shots, and will make the defense work for any possession. She has a high basketball IQ, and I can tell that by the decisions she makes. She has good defensive awareness, and she gets a lot of steals in the passing lanes. I have had Sophia on my radar since I saw her play at the Prep Hoops 250 Expo.
Emma Litchfield Emma Litchfield 5'10" | SG Colchester | 2025 State NewE , High School Colchester, Class Junior, HT 5’10, Position G
Emma is a versatile 5’10 Guard. She is listed as a Guard, but she can really play 1-4. She can defend quick Guards, and also bigger players. She is able to switch on defense with no problem. She can handle the ball, and is effective cutting and moving without the ball. She also rebounds the ball well, and will be one of the leaders for the Colchester team on the boards.
