Vivian Bax Vivian Bax 5'8" | PG Fatima | 2025 State MO (Fatima): A 5’8″ 2025 point guard who led the Comets to the championship game of the tournament against Staley. She’s a pass-first floor leader who is capable of lighting up the scoreboard when she asserts herself on offense. She organizes the team and can drop some nifty dimes to open teammates. She is also a potent scorer, as shown by her 29 points against Jefferson City in the semifinals. She can hit the open 3-pointer off the catch and also create off the dribble.

Tayla Robinson Tayla Robinson 5'5" | PG Battle | 2025 State MO (Battle): The 5’4″ 2025 point guard earned a spot on the All-Tournament Team after leading her team to a pair of victories and a fifth-place trophy. She displayed her excellent quickness and good court vision throughout the game that I watched. She had some very nice thread-the-needle jobs that led to easy baskets for teammates. She can also get buckets with runners in the lane off dribble penetration and a nice shooting stroke from 3-point range.
******
Reagan Nilges (Jefferson City): A 5’9″ 2024 guard who has good athleticism and who plays the game in constant motion. She is very effective on the drive and she also does a good job of reading defenses and scoring off her good cutting to the basket. She works off screens well and she can also knock down the 3-pointer off the catch.

Allie Robertson Allie Robertson 5'11" | SF Fatima | 2024 State MO (Fatima): The 6’0″ 2024 forward who led the Comets to a berth in the championship game. She is a matchup problem with her combination of size, strength and all-around offensive skills. She can overpower smaller defenders in the low post and she can also control the boards at both ends. She operates in the high post well as a scorer and an excellent passer. She can also start the transition game with a nice outlet pass.
******
Lyssa Sportsman Lyssa Sportsman 5'8" | SG Jefferson City | 2024 State MO (Jefferson City): A 5’9″ 2024 guard who is an excellent athlete who is very effective at scoring around the basket. Whether she is cutting off the ball, driving from the wing or attacking the offensive boards, she knows how to get a bucket in the lane. She is also very active on defense and she knows how to put herself in the right position to make impact plays.
******
Leah Brookins (Battle): A 5’11” 2025 forward who excels in the paint with a aggressive, blue collar style of play. She is an excellent rebounder who gets good position and also gets out of her area. In addition to her 14 points, she also had 13 rebounds in the Spartans’ victory over Lincoln Prep. She is very active as she holds things down in the middle at both ends of the court.
