Belle Roush Belle Roush 5'9" | SF South Shelby | 2025 State MO (South Shelby): The hard-working 5’9″ 2025 forward scored 12 points in the championship game against Meadville. She gets so much done because she competes with a high motor at both ends of the floor. She attacks the offensive boards well and she can score around the basket. She is also very effective at attacking the basket off the drive with her improved ball handling. She plays off two feet well inside and can step through traffic to get a bucket.
Macie Harman Macie Harman 6'2" | PF NE Cairo | 2025 State MO (NE Cairo): A 6’2″ 2025 forward who dominated the third-place game that I watched against Salisbury at both ends of the court. She is more of a finesse player, but she makes good use of her height inside. She catches the ball at its high post and keeps it there and will finish with a very soft touch. She can also step out and hit the 15 footer as well. She is very good in a high-low set as a passer or as a receiver. She was also a force on defense with her shot blocking ability as she used her length and timing to get swats.
Charlie Roush (South Shelby): The 5’10” 2026 forward brings some size and physicality to the South Shelby front court. She is very good at establishing her position in the low post and she is hard to move once that is accomplished. She catches the ball well and she can finish inside with both hands. She is a very solid player up front.
Avery Martin Avery Martin 5'10" | SF NE Cairo | 2024 State MO (NE Cairo): A 5’10” 2024 forward who works well inside with her 6’2″ teammate Macie Harmon. She has good footwork and she maneuvers well in the post or along the baseline for buckets and offensive rebounds. She is very good at establishing her rebounding position. She can also hit the jumper from the high post area.
Julia Sloan (Salisbury): A 5’7″ 2025 forward who has a versatile skill set in the low post or on the perimeter. She combats taller players by using her strength inside and ability to step outside and shoot the high post jumper. She can also put the ball on the floor and score on the drive. She can also pass it well from the high post or out of the pivot.
Reese Sutton (Paris): A 5’9″ 2026 forward who plays a versatile game at both ends. She is very aggressive when she is driving to the basket and she doesn’t mind the contact along the way. On the perimeter, she can use the jab step or the ball fake effectively to set up her drives to the basket. She can also hit the open 3-pointer and make a nice touch-pass to an open teammate.
