Currently, they are on an 8-game winning streak with impressive performances against competitive teams such as Mceachern, Warner Robbins (twice), Stockbridge, and Pleasant Grove. All teams have a winning record and sit at the top of their respective regions.
They do a good job playing defense jumping passing lanes while staying in position to play help defense as well.
They like to mix up their defensive pressure whether it be half-court or full-court press. Union Grove does a great job constantly pressuring the offense to speed them up and cause turnovers. Their active hands on defense keeps the offensive guessing and on their toes. Union Grove does an exceptional job at contesting shots and trapping the ball handlers without fouling.
Overall, they have good length and are athletic. This gives them advantages on both sides of the ball as well as in transition where they can get out and run their opponents out the gym. They also rebound at a high rate makes the game easier for them. This causes them to get many second and even third-chance opportunities for shots.
They are a very deep team they come into the game in waves. This gives them fresh energy on the court which fits their style of play quickly running up and down the court. Their offense is fluid as they do a lot of off-ball cutting and setting screens. Everyone is constantly moving as they look for the best shot. All of these reasons are why Union Grove is 19-1 and ranked as the number 7 team in the state
She is an quick and active defender who constantly gets steals and picks up full-court. Jordan has great range and can shoot from anywhere on the court. She also has an explosive first step and plays with a great pace and knows how to use her speed to her advantage.
Nadea has great size and strength and uses this to be an excellent rebounder. She is very active on the glass giving her team second-chance points. Does a great job altering shots at the rim whether she is blocking or contesting a shot. She is also great at finishing at the rim through contact and is a great passer out the post as well.

Julia plays great defense she has good length which she uses to her advantage often getting steals. On offense she doesn’t force anything has a nice smooth pace to her game getting to her spots and creating scoring opportunities for herself and her teammates.
Alexis Parson
Alexis Parson
Alexis has good size and is very versatile can play inside and on the wing as well. She impacts the game on both sides of the ball and does a good job rebounding and getting steals as well.
Mariah can protect the rim and get out on the break and has a great touch around the basket as well. She has great footwork in the paint often maneuvering through traffic to get off her shot. She can shoot the middy and is also a great rebounder as well.

Lauren Pean
Lauren is a quick guard who plays at a fast pace but is under control. She always is looking to make the right play consistently finding an open teammate. Plays with the same intensity on both sides of the ball and is great a reading the offense and getting steals.
Nala impacts the game on defense. She has great length which she uses to her advantage jumping passing lanes and getting steals and very active on the glass as well. Nala also does a good job altering and blocking shots at the rim.
