From beyond the arc, Barnes can get it going. If the jumper isn’t there.. she can attack the rim and get it done that way. Her athleticism allows her to play bigger than she is, and that’ll be needed in Mondays night matchup game. An All-State caliber type of player.
Highlights
DeFranza has been key for her team all year. Shes shown consistency with her ability to score, defend and her activity on the boards. One of those players that’s hitting their stride and gaining confidence. High potential.
Voss has quickly stamped her name in the state of Illinois. Multiple high numbered games, but it’s been the confidence to come into a new program and be aggressive but still play team ball. The backcourt of this Alleman team is scary to deal with. High potential, high upside.
Averaging around 20 points this year, Zane has been the focal piece to win games. Each year she’s improved and this year she’s been at her best. She finds her spots, she’s constantly moving, and she simply has no quit in her game. A coaches favorite type of player
Mingus will be impactful on both sides of the ball Monday night, but her defense will be needed. Shes a tough on ball defender that doesn’t back down from a challenge. Great footwork, high motor and keeps her head on a swivel.
