In this one, I focus on players who bring great versatility to the floor each time out. Are they the only ones? Absolutely not. But these five ladies stood out in my mind almost immediately when I thought of this category.

– Aniyah put together a nice 4-year career for the Indians, helping them to the Class 4A State Finals just a weekend ago. She is a talented athlete with end-to-end speed and vertical athleticism. She is also quick laterally and can defend multiple positions with effort and ease. Offensively, she has a solid handle, can create in transition, and can get downhill to score. She also has touch from the perimeter, and she is an aggressive rebounder inside.

– Keylee had to do nearly everything for Eastern Greene to succeed this season. But that’s not necessarily a bad thing, as she is more than capable. She has the ability to handle the ball like a point guard, she can shoot it from the perimeter like a shooting guard, and she is a nice North/South athlete who can attack the basket, absorb contact, and finish inside. She is a willing rebounder, and she can defend inside and out.

– Ellery is the ultimate matchup problem in Indiana’s 2024 class. At her height, she has tremendous length and such a well-balanced skillset, that she can fit into most offensive systems seamlessly. She can handle the ball like a point forward and has nice vision. I think that’s the most underrated part of her game. She has touch around the perimeter, and with deep range. Lately, she has gotten stronger and much more physical inside.

– Isabel is definitely a do-everything type for the Comets. She is a strong, physical wing player first and foremost. She can handle it in transition, and she’s an aggressive downhill attacker from the perimeter. She can also use her strength to play in the mid-post, plus she can defend bigger players and battle for rebounds around the basket. At the same time, Isabel has some finesse in her game and can run offense or knock down jumpers as well.

– Adrianne might be THE Swiss Army Knife of the class. First, she is a talented athlete who moves well in all directions. She has a solid frame, broad shoulders, and length, plus she competes at both ends of the floor. She can handle the ball in transition, initiate the offense, and act as a point forward. She is a nice attacker/finisher inside the arc, plus she has worked hard on her perimeter jumper. Last, but not least, she is an elite, multi-positional defender.
