Kadie Bremer
Bremer is a future stud. She’s already a 3 level scorer with deep range, and a nice bag of finishes around the rim. She’s also a natural floor general that commands the respect of her teammates, is an extension of her coach, and makes everyone around her better. She also is a high-level perimeter defender. As Alcoa gears to to potentially win a state championship, Bremer as been sensational in the postseason.
Star White
Star White
Star White led her Pickett County MS team to the James C. Haile State Championship….and the kid is just what her name indicates–a Star. In the champioship game she finished with 30 points, 16 rebounds, 5 assists, 2 blocks, and 3 steals. And Pickett keeps bringing in high level kids!
Lexi Clark
Lexi Clark
Clark won MVP honors of the area sectional tourney. She’s an extremely skilled and strong PG that can get to almost anywhere she wants on the floor. Knows how to use her size advantage to play bully-ball vs smaller defenders. Sister Lauren Clark Lauren Clark 5’10” | SG Cumberland Co. | 2027 State TN ’27 has had a great freshman season for Cumberland County HS, and Lexi will be sharing the court with big sister soon!
Gemma Osborne
Gemma Osborne
I think Gemma Osborne has everything it takes to be an exceptional HS basketball player. She possess great length and instincts. She’s always in passing lanes and getting deflections. She’s one of the few kids I’ve coached that is probably TOO UNSELFISH in that Osborne can score the basketball, but her default is to be a passing playmaker. And that’s what gives her a chance to be great. She’s a tremendous passer with great floor vision. Gemma’s Sevier County team is still alive, and headed to the Boro.
Alexa Crosby
Alexa Crosby
Crosby is another ’29 star in the making. Her Coffman middle school team is still alive after big wins in their sectional tournament as they attempt to make to the Boro. Crosby is an electric guard that can put on points in bunches. High level perimeter ball handler and passer. Has all the makings of a D1 guard.
Jazmine Barrett
Jazmine Barrett
Barrett is our sole 6th grader on the list, and deservedly so. She’s been rock solid for Alcoa all season long, and plays well beyond her years. On a team with Harper Stinnet, Ro Garner, and Kadie Bremer….Barrett simply has to star in her role as an impactful defender and slasher. She was named to the all-sectional tourney team.
