This article will recap a number of 1000 point scorers in the state, mostly those that hit 1K in February, if not late January as well.
Ashley Hart – Nashoba Valley Tech (2024)
Hart became the third player in school history to reach the 1000 point mark, having done so in January. She’s been an unquestionable leader for this Nashoba Valley Tech team and has the skillset to back it up on the floor. Hart gets it done anywhere offensively, able to knock down a three, drive in for a layup or lead the charge on a fast break. Now, she has a milestone to add to her ever-growing resume.
Sadie Tracy – Nashoba Valley Tech (2024)
Just as her teammate did in January, Sadie Tracy followed for Nashoba Valley Tech, and she’s posted some massive performances already this season, not too long ago putting up a 27-point, 10-steal effort in a 13-point win over Collegiate Charter of Lowell. Performance like those are what has set her apart from the rest and a big reason why she’s now found herself in this elusive group in school history, just the fourth player to reach it.
Amilyan Treadwell Amilyan Treadwell 5'10" | PF Holyoke | 2024 State New E -Mercedes – Holyoke (2024)
Treadwell-Mercedes was just over 300 points away from hitting the milestone following her junior year and on Friday, after an impressive 16-point performance against Springfield International, she hit 1000 career points, detailing an impressive and career-best senior season for her thus far. She’s currently averaging 17.3 PPG through 18 games played a more than 3.0 PPG increase from what she accomplished as a junior.
Mae Davis – Springfield International Charter (2024)
Consistency has been key for Mae Davis throughout her high school career, really taking a considerable jump in production as a sophomore. That hard work and constant success has more than paid off as the senior reached the 1000 point plateau earlier this month. She’s on track to finish with a double-digit scoring average for the third-straight season and has 10 games scoring in double-figures as a senior.
Isabella Meadows – Pope Francis (2024)
While not quite the 19.3 PPG Meadows averaged last season, she’s been part of an elite class of players inside the Pioneer Valley Interscholastic Athletic Conference (PVIAC), and she was able to etch her name last month into a select group of 1000 point scorers in program history. Pope Francis has seen ample amounts of success as a team, and with a player the caliber of Meadows leading the charge, this program is set up nicely for the postseason.
Charlotte Theriault Charlotte Theriault 5'9" | SG Palmer Class Of 2026 | 2025 New E – Palmer (2026)
In only her sophomore year, Theriault has sped by the 1000 career point mark and is dominating at one of the highest levels in the state, period. All you need to do is look at her last half of this season, one where she’s strung together a plethora of 20-point performances in a row, to get a true scope of what she’s been able to do. Averaging nearly 24 points per game as a sophomore, Theriault seems well on her way to breaking the 2000 point barrier as well.
Gianna Donato Gianna Donato 5'7" | SF Tyngsboro | 2024 State New E – Tyngsborough (2024)
The future Endicott College standout needed to add one last thing to her high school resume before college in the stats department, having done so at the start of the month. Sinking a three-pointer on the break, Donato joined the 1000 point club with Tyngsborough, becoming just the eighth player in school history to have reached that mark. It’s truly incredible the work she’s put in for the Tigers to joins this elusive club of stars in the rafters.
