Hayes is all around dynamo that excels in all facets. She can handle the, defend any position, make pinpoint passes, and score at will. She plays with an unselfish mentality that allows her teammates to flourish. She is a menace on defense, using her size and athleticism to create havoc and turnovers. She can alter shots in the paint and boxes out efficiently to dominate on the glass. On the offensive end, she is a problem. She plays with physicality and utilizes her range to get clean looks at the basket. She can drive and penetrate the defense to finish with either hand, and can stop on a dime and pull up from the mid-range. She is a legit catch and shoot option on the perimeter with the ability to stretch the floor.
Francis has elevated her game to new levels this year. She can impact the defensive end in a lot of different ways. She can guard/switch onto any position on defense, alter shots, dominate on the boards, and create defense into offense with her anticipation and quickness. She is intimidating and a force in the paint. On the offensive end, she is a force from anywhere and a bonafide three level scorer. Has really improved her marksmanship from the perimeter. One of the best prospects in New York regardless of class.
Currier is a handful to contain in the paint. She constantly puts up double doubles nightly and does it with ease. She is a true interior presence with room to grow her game from the inside-out. She plays well off pick and rolls, sets screens, and has good passing ability with kicking out to open teammates when she draws double teams in the interior. On the defensive end, she can alter shots, protect the paint, and prevent teams from getting second chance opportunities.
Karaline McCarthy
Karaline McCarthy
Averaged 17 points per game last year and had another strong campaign this season averaging 18 points per game. McCarthy is steady as they come. She does a lot of the glue work that helps her team win games. Most of her damage is done in the paint and finding space where she can get shots off with a clean look. She takes pride in protecting the ball and pushing the pace in transition looking for open teammates on the run.
