Maybe they weren’t leading their team in major categories such as points, rebounds, or assists but don’t sleep on them, as they played a valuable role in helping their team advance in the playoffs.
Perry cannot be missed absolutely SOARING for rebounds in the paint. She has a very strong frame to support her 6 foot plus frame. She snatches the ball out of the air, keeps it high and made her opponents look like her junior. Her strength on the low block allows her to post, drop step and finish over two opponents. I also saw her read the defense to shift to help side to make big time blocks. Hidden gem in the class of 2025.
Highlights
Smith has a beautiful turnaround midrange jumper. She quietly flashed high in the paint, and really got off of both feet in the air to shoot. Every time a shot when up, she found someone to box out before she went to get the ball. She was banging against bigger defenders, and did a good job using her length to contest shots.
Jacqueline Oba

Oba caught my attention with her beautiful up and under moves on the low block. She really sold her shot fakes here, and this allowed the move to be effective. She even drew contact and was able to get to the line a few times here. Her size made it tough for opponents to guard her on the low block. She did a nice job making the outlet pass to a guard immediately after a rebound. She provides small intangibles for her team that make her valuable.
Natalie Green

Has a very powerful first step. This first step, combined with her strength and size allow her to get to the basket and make plays. She hangs in the paint and has good positioning for offensive rebounds.
Thornton is a player that can provide big time shots at the right time. Several times when the opposing team would make a play and was gaining momentum, she would hit a three the next possession. She plays with a fearless mentality. Just when the defense runs out on her to contest her shot, she blows by them to get to the basket or pull up for a jumper in the paint.
