Tons of next level talent showcased their skill-set in front of a packed house. Yours truly was in attendance with my head on a swivel scouting players from teams such as St. John Vianney, Ranney, Manchester Township, OLMA, host school Mainland, Southern, etc. The following five were a cut above the rest and represent the best performances of the day:
Devyn Quigley Devyn Quigley 5'10" | SG Manchester Township | 2024 State NJ | Manchester Twp
At this point, I’ve started to ask myself, “what CAN’T Devyn do?!” Even while being heavily face-guarded and triple & quadruple-teamed, she still managed to erupt for 28 points, 12 rebounds and 6 steals. The nation’s 10th leading scorer found ways to tally points, which included aggressive drives to the rim, buttery smooth mid-range jumpers and two deep Caitlin Clark-like 3’s. Egg Harbor Twp applied serious pressure and it was a back and forth game but Devyn put her team on her back and pulled out the 48-44 dub.
Khalia Lewis Khalia Lewis 6'0" | SF Our Lady Of Mercy Academy | 2027 State NJ | OLMA
The freshman continues to put up huge numbers in her debut high school season! Although OLMA faced a close 38-35 loss at the hands of Colts Neck, Khalia imposed her will and asserted herself as the best player on the floor with 18 points and 15 rebounds, recording her 20th double-double. She was fierce around the rim with strong post moves, furious rebounds and aggressive put-backs.
Skylar Soltis Skylar Soltis 6'4" | C Southern Regional | 2024 State NJ | Southern
The 6’3″ low block bully recorded her sixth consecutive double-double in a 52-43 win against Hammonton. Skylar was ultra-physical in the post and used every bit of her size to dominate opponents en-route to 16 points, 10 rebounds and 3 steals. She is having a career year and her stock has risen exponentially having further developed her skill-set and heightened her confidence. Her ability to fight through double-teams and score at will has been the driving force behind her success and Southern’s 17-3 record.
Zoe Gulley Zoe Gulley 5'9" | SF Red Bank Regional | 2026 State NJ | Red Bank Regional
Zoe fired off a season-high five triples to help the Bucs dominate Ocean City 56-34 on Saturday afternoon. Her spot-up shooting was phenomenal and she was clicking on all cylinders as the Red Raiders tried their best to defend her and deny her space to get off a shot. She tied a season-high 15 points, grabbed 3 rebounds and swiped 2 steals to move RBR to 12-6 on the season. Zoe was impressive pushing the pace and showing off a motor that just won’t quit!
Dasani Talley-Dorman Dasani Talley-Dorman 6'0" | C Woodbury | 2024 State NJ | Woodbury
Dasani’s length and agility posed major problems for Holy Spirit as they could not contain her from wreaking havoc in the paint. She went off for a career-high 23 points in Woodbury’s gritty 64-63 overtime win in what was the most electrifying, intense game of the day! She was especially impactful on the o-boards, acting like a security blanket and creating second (and third) chance scoring opportunities for her team. DTD has upped the ante and is having the best season of her high school career, averaging 8.7 ppg and 7.3 rpg through 21 games for the Thundering Herd.
