Very few athletes at her size can create havoc the way she can on the defensive end, making her indispensable in the up-and-down AAU circuit. <strong>Skylah</strong> had a performance for the ages late in the year for Shadow Hill: 15 points, 12 rebounds, 12 steals, 4 blocks. She is the perfect grassroots big becuase of her mobility and quick-twitch nature. <strong>Lyric's</strong> defensive potential and switch-ability is off the charts. Her reaction time catches opposing guards off-guard whenever they pass the ball inside. She blocks shots in the paint and on the perimeter. She dominated the boards as a high school freshman (12 rpg). Offensively, <strong>Lyric</strong> is a reliable finisher inside and knows how to keep the ball high.
