Harmony dominated the offensive glass, and the way she played through contact was fun to watch. It's one thing to have size, and it's another to use it to welcome contact. She also did a great job putting that ball on the floor, and she has a good handle for her size.

Camille Nesmith led a pretty balanced St. John's effort. There's a level of smoothness in how Camille plays that I enjoy watching. When she faces up and attacks the rim, she does a great job getting where she wants and finishing. Some of the spots I had seen in the past, where you could move her off her spot, you don't see as often now. She has clearly gotten stronger, and she did well playing through contact today.

St. John's was excellent on defense today, and it was a big reason they beat Archbishop Carroll. Stevie Harley was great on defense, and she was disruptive to opposing ball handlers. She had a few nice finishes on offense and helped St. John's turn defense into offense.

Both Eberz sisters were pretty good today, but I really liked what I saw from Alexis. Her box score won't jump out at you, but she did a lot of great things. I love Alexis's vision, and she made a handful of outstanding passes. She does a great job moving without the ball, and the ball never sticks to her hands for too long. Even though shots didn't fall today, she is a great shooter and an ideal guard to have.

Emily McDonald was on a different level today shooting the ball. She made Catholic pay when they left her open, and she had a few great takes to the rim. LuHi moved the ball incredibly well, and it helped Emily get some great looks. She hit 6 threes and was one of the best players on the day.

Olivia Jones did it all for LuHi on offense. She attacked the rim, knocked down shots, and consistently made great passes. The Vandy commit used her athleticism and strength to finish, and she was terrific from start to finish.

PVI vs Christ the King was a super interesting and competitive game. PVI's three-point shooting kept them in this game, and for Christ the King, they dominated the paint. Unsurprisingly, Olivia Vukosa was a massive X-factor in this one. Olivia has elite touch, and even though you saw her knock down threes, she knows when to use her size. Olivia has a complete scoring bag as a big, and you could see Christ the King struggled a little on offense when Olivia was in foul trouble.
