Rock Port: The Blue Jays have made back to back trips to the Final Four and they are still a pretty young team. They have a potential Player of the Year in 2028 guard [player_tooltip player_id='899088' first='Audrie' last='Meyerkorth'] and a pair of talented 2029s in guard [player_tooltip player_id='1616234' first='Leah' last='Meyerkorth'] and forward Stevie Gaines.

Delta: The Bobcats got back in the Final Four mix as they advanced to the state championship game this season. They have a very talented backcourt with 2029 All-State performer Lilli McDonough and 2028 shooting guard Raelin Nannery.

Cairo: The Lady Bearcats have been to the Final Four for three consecutive years and they should field another strong team in 2027. Elly Jaecques is a strong 2028 forward while guards [player_tooltip player_id='1053876' first='Chloe' last='Brumley'], [player_tooltip player_id='1243477' first='Eva' last='Jaecques'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1243476' first='Tinley' last='Jaecques'] are all very talented.

Chadwick: The Cardinals followed up a championship season with 24 wins and another district championship. They should be in the mix once again next season as they will again be led by 2027 guards Emily and [player_tooltip player_id='1231696' first='Macy' last='Landry']. Emily was an All-State selection while Macy was an All-District pick

Stanberry: The Bulldogs won 23 games this season, including a victory over Final Four participant Rock Port. Stanberry has some impressive young talent in 6'0" 2029 forward [player_tooltip player_id='1690621' first='Katelyn' last='Shisler'] and 2028 forward Kynzee Adcock.

Walnut Grove: Despite graduating many talented seniors, the Tigers enjoyed another strong year with 23 victories and a berth in the state quarterfinals. Guard [player_tooltip player_id='874631' first='Sadie' last='Loehr'] was an All-State performer while 2028s Ashtyn Anderson and [player_tooltip player_id='1818350' first='Sabrina' last='Loehr'] were All-District selections.

Mound City: The Panthers had a strong season with 23 victories and a berth in the district finals against a Final Four Rock Port team. All-State guard Maggie Osborn had a tremendous season. Also playing big roles were 2027 [player_tooltip player_id='1818263' first='Peyton' last='Farr'] and 2028 Selah Meadows.

Lockwood: The Tigers should have another strong season in store after winning 21 games and playing for a district championship with a young team. 2028 guard [player_tooltip player_id='1039471' first='Asa' last='Lasater'] was an All-State selection while fellow 2029s [player_tooltip player_id='1229465' first='Peyton' last='Lasater'] and Hadley Habiatt were All-District picks.

Bunker: The Eagles graduated [player_tooltip player_id='581056' first='Kinsey' last='Barton'], the best player in the program's history, but they will return a pair of strong frontcourt players in 5'11" 2028 [player_tooltip player_id='1307962' first='Kara' last='Barton'] and 6'0" 2029 [player_tooltip player_id='1690629' first='Keira' last='Turnbough'].
