Prospects That Elevate Their Peers

The objective of every game is to win. There are different ways teams have won games in Wisconsin over the past, and there is no wrong way to do it. In the last article of the month for me, I wanted to highlight players who I think get the most out of the situations they're in by helping their teammates be the best versions of themselves, and that comes in different forms. Today, we'll look at a few players who get the most out of the situations they find themselves in.    Jenny has always been a player who understands the game and knows how to manipulate defenses. She has always been a selfless player who has earned the respect of her peers everywhere she's played, which speaks to her character. She also has the creativity to get to her spots, score at all three levels, and is a pass-first guard at her core. No matter where she plays, she is focused on winning at a high level.     The Western Wisconsin native is a player who has done a little of everything on both ends of the floor, as most small-school players do. Lisowski is a player who creates off the dribble and draws significant defensive attention. She has also shown she can use the defensive attention she draws to help create open shots for her teammates. She also has a high ceiling she may not realize yet. Lisowski has the tools she has to elevate players around her once she reaches the next level.     What I like most about Rinderle is that she can play different roles depending on what her team needs. She's a physical wing who has shown she can also attack the basket off the dribble. Rinderle is a kid who can record a double-double on any given night. She's an intriguing kid who will probably fly under the radar.     The Mosine guard has excelled with more offensive responsibility this past season. Jirschele has helped lead an excellent, well-rounded offense once she and her team found their groove around the new year. Jirschele's ability to handle the ball and get her teammates open looks in half-court settings allows everyone to excel within her team's offense. She is a talented multi-sport athlete from the central part of the state, and will be a name to remember as she continues to develop over the next few high school seasons.
