The May live period is one of the most important evaluation weekends of the spring, and LIVE at LakePoint once again served as a major stop for college programs recruiting and prospective student-athletes in the Southeast. With NCAA-certified competition, high-level matchups, and packed sidelines throughout the weekend, several prospects elevated their stock with strong performances on both ends of the floor. I can't watch every team or watch every game, but here are a few that turned heads in the time I watched them:

Evelyn stood out with the way she shot the ball and competed from possession to possession. She was active defensively, coming up with a steal in the passing lane, and attacked the basket aggressively with a strong two-foot finish at the rim. She also made several hustle plays, including diving on the floor for a loose ball, which reflected the effort and toughness she consistently played with. I was really impressed with the way she cut without the ball in her hands this weekend too.

Rudi showed a lot of growth with the confidence she played with this weekend. She stretched the floor consistently with deep range in her three-point shooting and did a great job mixing in shot fakes and drives to create scoring opportunities. She was able to get to her mid-range spots, side step into clean looks from deep, and put the ball on the deck and attack the rim with purpose. Her length makes a difference on both sides of the ball, helping her impact passing lanes and alter shots defensively while giving her an advantage scoring over defenders on offense.

Autumn is a 2030 prospect that will definitely be one to monitor moving forward and already looks like one of the better young players I have seen in the class. She has a long frame with good physical tools and brings a versatile skill set that allows her to impact the game in multiple ways. She showed strong hands on several difficult catches while moving and made an impressive over-the-shoulder catch in transition that immediately stood out. She also moves well both with and without the basketball, which adds to her long-term upside and overall versatility.

Bri consistently impacts the game by rebounding the ball and immediately pushing in transition, whether with her handle or by advancing the ball with the pass. She does a good job surveying the floor and keeping her head up while bringing the ball up the court, allowing her to make smart reads in the open floor. Her mid-range game looked especially strong this weekend, and she showed the ability to score from multiple levels offensively.

Yaya is an explosive 2029 guard who consistently plays with speed, pace, and aggression. She is a bouncy athlete that pressures defenses in transition and is difficult to contain once she gets downhill to her right hand. She brings a high motor on both ends of the floor, competing defensively, creating energy plays, and impacting the game beyond just scoring. Her athletic tools and ability to play fast make her one of the more intriguing long-term prospects in her class.

Devyn plays with an extremely high motor and consistently finds ways to impact the game on both ends of the floor. She is a quick, athletic guard with good size and length who always seems to find herself around the basketball. Her jumper stood out with the height and elevation she gets when she hits her release point, and she shot the 3-ball very efficiently throughout the weekend. She also made several impressive blocks that highlighted her athleticism, timing, and activity defensively.
