All City Series: Nashville Division ll-A

In my past two articles, I touched on the Division II: AA league. Now, I turn my attention to the Division II: A sector.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>This sector in itself is a pretty tough league. Though not all the teams that go to state come out of the Nashville area, the Middle Tennessee teams are a pretty tough group. Nashville in itself has some athletes who compete at a high level. Keeping the focus on the Nashville teams, each season, you will have a squad from each division looking to go deep in playoff contention. With that, you need athletes to do so. This kid is a heady floor general who competes on both ends of the court. One who is looking to distribute the ball first can also deviate and get her own finishes on all three levels. A dynamic ball handler who can create off the dribble. A special talent who will do whatever it takes to win the game. Whenever she is able to join the squad, I expect her to come back looking to help right away. Prayful for a speedy recovery, and when she does get back, you better believe she will be ready to let the ball fly. She is a marksman from the arc. Deadly from the corners. Blessed with great size and length, she's a top kid in the area who's turning heads. Has great court vision, distributing the ball to the hot hand. A sweet lefty strike from all three levels, expect her to be the leading scoring catalyst for her ball club, as well as be a leader in other categories as well. A dual-sport athlete who plays with such confidence, don't let her size fool you. She can attack downhill, but pulling up, especially from the arc, is her forte. She is a bucket getter. One who has range to her game. She's going to give opponents fits defensively. Playing with a motor, she is going to get steals, block shots, and contribute on the boards. Offensively, she will be aggressive. Though she can knock the 3 ball down consistently, look for her to be the aggressor and get downhill. She will also have a leadership role, as Ezell will look to get back deep into the tournament. Whatever is needed, this is the young lady who will step up and do so. A tough kid who has a lot of upside.<br><br></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
